Well constructed, protects bottles from breakage.

I purchased this product so my husband and I can bring our own wine when dining out at establishments that do not have a liquor license but permit you to BYOB. We have used it several times. It is quite sturdy and protects the bottle from accidental breakage. Also the strap is long enough you can place it on over your shoulder along with your purse and doesn't draw attention. If we don't finish the bottle it can be re-corked and taken home to finish another time. I usually wrap the strap around the gear shift to keep it upright until we arrive home. We have used it to bring both red wine which we enjoy at room temperature or chilled white wine and have found it did keep the wine at the proper temperature. I would also suspect this would be good to use while out biking in the summer to bring along cold bottles of water to help keep you hydrated. Great product.

Great Product, Worth Every Penny

This bottle carrier is great! So roomy, you can fit the second largest bottle of polar spring water in this carrier and regular water bottle is smaller so its great. Keeps my water or any liquid i have cold for hours. Had a frozen water bottle on a 5-6 hour car ride got to where i was going went to bed and the next morning there was still ice in there! I couldn't believe it n the strap is great feels like it wont support much weight but it does. N the pocket in the front is nice to have when u just want to carry ur drink around. and nothing else, you can put your ID, your metrocard, Money!

I carry my metal water bottle in it!

I bought this because i hate carrying my water bottle around. I need my hands free! I don't use this for wine. It fits my 25 oz S'well metal water bottle perfectly. I replaced the strap with a cross body length strap because I just prefer that. The strap it came with was sturdy and fine but I wanted a longer one. I love it

No opening on top -> It's going back!

I order two of these bags. The first one about a year ago. The lining broke inside after a year of use. Bottles fit a bit too tight sometimes, so it will break. So, I order a replacement bag and to my surprise, it does not have the circle or opening on top. Well, you can't fit bottles of Riesling or any other longer bottles. Some of new world bottles are definitely coming longer than standard Bordeaux ones. I am returning this one and will glue my old one until I can find a new one with an opening on top.

The cover does not completely cover the top of the wine bottle, but it does keep the bottle chilled for around 2hrs.

Not big enough for my wine bottles

I like that this is not neoprene, and it seems like it might be functional for SOME bottle of wine, but none that I have. I couldn't get some of my 750ml bottles in at all, and the ones that I could were too tall for the top to close. And there's no way a champagne bottle would go in. Just a little wider & taller & it would have be great.
