Not well insulated

Works well enough. Insulated pouch should have a zipper instead of a drawstring. By the time I get to lunch time my food is not cold, but I haven't gotten sick from anything. It's really a great bag to carry everything in just wish it insulated better.

Would not buy again

I actually hate this bag, but in all fairness, it is not a terrible, so I gave it three stars. Here's my breakdown: I bought it despite other reviews about the drawstring closure. I have other insulated bags with drawstring closures that work fine. However, this one completely frustrates me. It takes a lot of effort to achieve a closure that doesn't leave a gaping hole at the top. (I am a female with small hands and normal upper body strength.) The bag essentially has two strings coming out of each of two grommeted holes, for a total of four strings. I have to pull one at a time, alternating across the four strings, in order to achieve anything close to a tight closure. It drives me nuts, and even doing this, I am left with a gap that compromises the insulative properties of the bag. The vinyl lining is sewn in only at the top, which I would normally consider a plus, because you can pull it out from the bottom and wipe it down. However, it is so hard to get back into position on this bag, that it is hardly worth the effort. On the plus side, the size is definitely nice. On days where I can't make it home for lunch or dinner, I can easily fit two meals in it, plus beverages. It is nice for toting wine to a picnic (or wherever), and as another user has noted, it is a decent insulated grocery bag. The bottom line is that it does have some good features, but I end up under-utilizing it because of the negatives. It gets a lot of closet time! I would not buy it again.

Spacious and Functional - Mostly

My wife bought this and we used it several times so far. She wishes it were more coral color. Once was recently while going to Mackinaw Island, in Michigan. We walked around all day with a few thin ice packs, drinks, etc.. As the one picture shows, the interior is spacious and able to hold plenty of items. What I found surprising was how the bag kept everything relatively cool all day long. Our drinks were chilled for around 13 hours; Which was a very pleasant surprise. However, the one real drawback on the design of this is no duel straps for wearing as a backpack. The handles are a nice touch, however I prefer two straps for the shoulders, rather than a single sling style. Being weighted down, as it was, the bag affected my shoulders and spine. With that being said, I do recommend this insulated tote.

Great traveling cooler

This is one sweet cooler! I put all my goodys to make my Bloody Mary’s in this. And that includes a cutting board with knife for the limes, in the front zippered pocket! My only wish is that it had a strap to attach to luggage handle. So few coolers have that trolley strap and as a professional I purchase a lot of travel items specifically for that feature!

Need better construction. Buy another bag.

I bought this item on April 13, 2021 it is now June 26, 2021, so basically 3 months. I used it as my lunch bag sadly I am past the 30 day return so I am stuck with a bag that the shoulder strap or loop that holds one end of the shoulder strap is broken. The bag was great until it broke. I hope the seller or manufacturer sees this and is willing to replace it. I will say that I cannot recommend this bag because for the price this should last way longer then 3 months. Here are the Pros; the bag kept my food/drink cold, the zippers are great and sturdy, and there are plenty of pockets for other items, the shoulder strap was a nice length.

Very versatile

We used this on a road trip. Sometimes it held picnic supplies, sometimes cold drinks with ice, and sometimes it spent the day on the beach. The inside is very easy to clean since it turns inside out. I didn't have any issue putting it back inside. It held ice about as well as any of the fabric coolers do. I really appreciated all the pockets. There were no negatives. I'm glad we bought it.

Better than a basket... Avoid the picnic cliche

I kept worrying that this would be too small for a picnic. Then I realized that I don't need to feed a whole team from the sidelines. Great size and format for a normal meal for one to four. Sturdy and convenient.

Recipient loves it

My grandmother-in-law wanted this to use for her packing back to travel and my mother-in-laws had held up for years and years, and still is, so I looked up the exact same bag and had it sent to her. She's never been happier. It is a very well built bag that will last for ever.

Great cooler that doubles as a carry on or a purse.

I use this cooler all the time. It's great for a flight carry on and there are lots of separate pockets to stash your passport and travel documents, wallet and keys. Then, when you reach your destination, it holds cold drinks for the beach! We had six cold beers in this cooler for over 4 hours and they were still cold without adding an ice pack or anything!! Also big enough to add a lightweight packtowel or beach blanket. Great for picnics and transporting wine bottles. Also handy that you can carry it by the double handles or across your body for added ease. Just watch the clips that hold the over body strap on. They unclip easily and make it a good target for thieves depending where you are.
