Love my new steam mop!
First time steam mop user here - and all I can think of is why the heck didn't I get one of these sooner! It made one of my least favorite tasks kind of fun. It cleans really well and it only takes a few seconds for it to be ready to use. The one thing I have to warn about is that the cord is a bit on the short side. I kept reading about that when I was getting ready to buy, and I just figured everyone was living in a huge house or something.. but no, I can definitely say the cord is weirdly short. Even in my small area, I have to use an extension cord to get the whole floor. So, if you do buy one (and I do recommend it) be sure to get a little extension cord to go with it. Another thing to note is that the water tank isn't removable (it's like an iron in that respect). I found the best way to fill up the tank is to use a measuring cup.

Works well BUT....
This mop worked great on the floor, was lightweight, and as other reviewers have said, it takes corners very well! Turns very smoothly. Unfortunately, they really did not design the water tank well at all & it was a deal breaker for me. The tank cannot be removed from the body to fill it, and filling it in unit is awkward for a person with mobility issues...and also importantly, it cannot be then turned upside down to dry well before storage. This means you are putting a damp inside item in your storage closet to start smelling mildewy.

Handy
It’s wonderful for a small place but if you have a large place like I do, 3000 sqft buy the larger version. But it does clean well. It only came with one pad so please know although washable make sure you grab some extra pads.

Ready in moments
It really starts steaming right away. The cord is really too short to do more than one room at a time and you cannot store the cord on the actual unit which I find funny.

Presque parfait
Ce balais vapeur fait parfaitement son office. Ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est sa mise en marche instantanée : en 30 secondes la vapeur sort avec un bon débit et une pression largement suffisante. Deux regrets cependant : La longueur du câble est ridicule. Bien sûr il suffit de brancher une rallonge mais en ce cas il fallait aller jusqu'au bout et mettre un câble vraiment court ce qui faciliterait le rangement. Aucun moyen de régler le débit de vapeur depuis le manche : il faut aller chercher un bouton sur le corps du balais ce qui n'est vraiment pas pratique quand on a juste besoin de "forcer" sur une trace tenace. Rien de grave cependant : si il venait à briser je reprendrais sûrement le même.

very basic
This steamer is all right for what we bought it. We wanted a steamer to clean a small ceramic tile kitchen floor. It is perfect for that. The pad is thin and I wouldn't want to try it on a larger floor but who knows it may be all right for that too. It is similar to the one we had before but just a bit more flimsy. For a starter cleaner to see if that is what you want it would be perfect. Nothing cleans like steam.

Cleans multiple surfaces very well including sticky residue, very short cord so I always need an extension cord. Heats up very quickly and easy to use!
