If your humidifier doesn't work, try this
This is a beautifully made humidifier. The mist is abundant and the colors are pretty. But I did have a problem: the first night it worked fine. The second night it stopped and the light was red. There was still 2-3" of water in the tank so it had not run out. I looked at the Amazon reviews for this product and found one that said that removing the cartridge made it work again. I did that and it has worked perfectly ever since. An e-mail to the company brought an immediate response (within the hour!), which said it was an issue they were aware of and were working to fix it. As far as I can tell, the filter doesn't let water into the bowl. The humidifier does work fine without the filter, and the company said they'd send me a new one when they got the problem worked out. (The filter is supposed to prevent the white dust that these humidifiers create on furniture in the room.) So if this is the problem with your machine, do e-mail the company.

I really like my new humidifier
I really like my new humidifier. I've only had it for about a week, so if there are any changes I will update my review accordingly. It's been great so far; the tank is large enough that it runs all night, it does not make a lot of noise, and I love the essential oil diffuser. The only minor complaint I have is that there were no instructions as to how to use the diffuser. I've never had an essential oil diffuser before, so it would've been helpful if the manual came with instructions about how to use essential oils in the humidifier. I ended up googling it and it's super easy to do, so that part is great. Overall it's been wonderfully effective in humidifying our large master bedroom and has helped us 1. sleep better (using essential oils) and 2. wake up feeling better (no more sore/dry throats/noses). Excellent value for my money!

No longer manufacturing filters
Overall this is a nice humidifier- looks great, easy to fill, mists effectively. Unfortunately you can no longer get replacement filters as they are no longer manufacturing them.

Great alternative to the Crane.
We have 2 and so far so good. Bought these because the price was right and it fit all the needs I was looking for. Daughter loves the colours that change. One thing to note, when using the filter portion of the device, it takes time for the water to flow down into the reservoir. If you are accustom to tanks that fill and start misting, this one takes a few minutes. I love that diffuse portion for the essential oils. No more playing with cotton balls and hoping that the oil doesn't get on the plastic and melt it. Cleans easily, especially with the small brush that comes with it. One tank at high will last the night. It does sometimes have a gurgle sound that is very subtle. I don't mind it because it only happens now and then and it is soft enough that it reminds me of beach sounds. For the most part it is relatively quite and perfect for all of our needs.

Great Bedroom Humidifier!
I have used this for 2 days so far and it along with the breath oil I bought for it really helped me sleep good. After a few hours I started to notice a difference in the air. This is my 3rd day in now and I really think it has helped me breathe easier at night and I'm waking up with less dry mouth (biggest reason I bought it). The nightlight is a soft glow that's pretty and not distracting at all. I notice no noise at all. It does produce a good amount of mist on high and lasts me about 6-8 hours on max. Low setting also produces a good amount of mist. Aromatherapy is great in it. I put too much oil at first so just a tip about 6 drops is enough. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan to get these as gifts for the family too. This would make a great xmas gift with a gift set of oils.

This is a nice little unit
This is a nice little unit. I could live without all the colors but it does make it interesting. I really like the company - emails from the get go to make sure it's up and running properly. We had it for less than 2 months when we ran into a problem that wasn't covered in the troubleshooting guide - we had to place the machine on a tilt to get it to work properly - the company followed up promptly with a trouble shooter who figured out there was a problem with the filter and they sent us a new one. Nicely done!

Great Diffuser of Oils
I really really love this humidifier. Living in NYC, the winters can be brutal on my sinuses. I can use this humidifier, and in just one night I feel a major difference. I love this humidifier because it also has an essential oil diffuser. It fills up an entire room plus I can smell it wafting out of the room when I get close enough. There are some reviews that it quit working pretty quickly. I have had a few instances where it seemed as if it had quit working. However I simply adjusted the base and it started misting again just fine. I highly recommend this product.

Our main reason for purchasing it was its ability to be used as an Aromatherapy Essential Oil Drop Diffuser. However the manual shows where the esstential oils can be placed but that is is. No other information is provided. It does not explain if the two white sleeves (what appear to be some form of filter) that are in the oil well are to remain or be removed. If you purchasing as a Diffuser don't. Unless they update their manual to provide more detailed information on how we can use it as a Diffuser. Waiting on a reply from the manufacture, before we decided if we are going to return it.
