Perfect for the casual user.
Sturdily built yet does not have an excessive amount of pockets or pouches. Only the minimum ones that you will need. Just right for the casual user.

A four star product but 3 stars for my needs
This is a good tool belt for the home owner. The combination of low cost and good quality is hard to beat. I like the fact that the pouch has a metal hammer loop and a belt has a metal tape clip. I also prefer the web belts and the polyester / nylon pouches over leather, but that's personal preference. The only thing I didn't like was that the pouch is fixed to the belt and can't be moved. As it turns out, I prefer the pouch on the left side. I didn't bother to send it back as an inexpensive add on pouch to hold screws or nails would fix my only complaint. I ended up buying the Custom Leathercraft Model 2823 at a local store instead of a cheaper pouch. If you don't mind that the pouch is fixed, this is a very good homeowner's tool belt. I wouldn't buy it again, but it is a personal preference and not a cost or quality issue.

Buckles and other components rust and stain clothes
The first time I used this, I sweated and, as a result, the buckle, the rivets, and the slide that retains the excess belt all rusted and stained my shirt. The metal parts are steel and, while they have some sort of coating, it doesn't prevent them from rusting. I won't use this again until it's cold outside. Otherwise, it's a good product (that's why I gave it three stars instead of one star.)

Great tool belt
Finding a tool belt that isn't leather and fits small waists is damn near impossible. Fortunately CLC makes this belt. The set up accommodates my standard load of tools (hammer, tape, speed square, chisels, nailsets, razor knife, screwdriver, nippers, pencil/pen, chalkbox, trim pry bar) with room to spare. The hammer loop is big enough for a hammer with room to hang the nailgun/drill. The cushioned belt is solid and comfortable. The rig is designed so you can slide/position the pockets for comfort (or add/subtract pouches if you need). My only criticism is that the rivets seem to be a bit cheap. After only a bit of wear, I can tell the rivets will eventually wear their way out of the belt.

Very strong and durable, check the buckle nice
Bought this 1649 apron as a gift for my son's birthday. He is a heavy DIY'er and he loves the belt. The pockets are very deep and holds all his tools. The belt fits him perfectly. A lot of room for nails, screws, hammer, speed square,.... You can clip the tape measure on the metal clip on the right side or load it in the front tape holder pouch. The material on the pouch is very strong and durable. The 1649 has a real belt buckle and padded belt. The other CLC models have a belt clip. This one is easier to put on and more comfortable to wear. You can spend more on a tool belt but for $30-$40 this is a nice tool belt.

Good for the price
Great for a small tool belt, holds a speed square nicely in the large pouch. Only problem is the measuring tape holder does not hold the tape well, if I bend over it falls out. I just put the measuring tape in the smaller front pouch. Also, the strap is a little rough to wear for a long time, not terrible just not great.

Good Valentine's Gift for Men
Although an apron designer myself, it was time for me to let Mr. wear an apron from "another network station". I chose this one after A LOT if searching. When it arrived, it was exactly what he was looking for. So, we both get a good review for this one. This one is your's, and I'll just keep mine here.
