The ivory is VERY light.

I should have gotten the tawny. These are so light, you can barely see them. But they are very natural looking. I got the medium size.

Hated to return these!

These are excellent quality and hyper realistic! They are super, super thin at the edges eliminating noticeable seams around the areola. I bought these to glue to a mannequin to model nipple jewelry, but they’re too thin and the nipples don’t stick out far enough for what I intended. I really hate that, too, because these have been the most realistic set I’ve come across.

Good, modest

Nice package, nice product, comes with cleaner and an instructional booklet in many languages. I bought these in large because the large Vollence ones were out of stock. These are about the equivalent of a small from Vollence in terms of protrusion. Only a few millimeters. A lightly padded bra will hide them. Some unlined bras come pretty close. Excellent quality, just on the small side for me. Probably perfect for 90% of people. Will order again if I need this size.

Pricey for what it is, but what a nice invention

Purchased this product for someone recovering from a mastectomy and implant. Wasn't sure if this would be necessary, but the recipient tried it and seems to be excited about having a nipple back. It's not super realistic looking (so perfectly circular) but it seems to do the job for appearance purposes. Sounds like this has an adhesive backing or sticks for at least 24 hours and recipient hasn't experienced it moving out of place. I can appreciate this invention! Recommend for anyone that's had a mastectomy with hope that something like this will allow them to feel somewhat back to normal just by having the appearance of a nipple. Could be less expensive in my opinion, but worth trying and resulting in unexpected excitement!

This is my 3rd try at buying a prosthetic nipple. This one is approximately the right color and size and it STICKS!! Thank you. I've gone from a mastectomy person who said, "Oh my GOD, what happened?", to looking in the mirror and thinking that I am a woman, but my right boob is undeveloped. This is a phenomenal switch for me mentally. I am now female, although a bit deformed. But at least I am female instead of a freak!

EDIT...after having these for a couple of months and seldom wearing them, one was lost while wearing it. I'm not sure if it came off when removing my shirt or when. I never found it! So I have changed my review from the initial 5 stars to 3. I do love these but if they can come off just removing your shirt or just walking around with them on, then the adhesive is too light and needs to be fixed! And I was VERY conscientious about keeping them clean! I am now considering whether to try another pair and add a better adhesive or whether to forget about these and get a more expensive set that uses an adhesive. But, these are good for deciding what to do for the future. I am very fair and wore a 36 D bra before mastectomy. My reconstruction is a bit smaller. I got the ivory (which I believe is the lightest) 1.5 inch, which is medium. The color and size were perfect for me, perhaps somewhat smaller than my original mipples but they were larger than I liked. They easily apply and easily rearrange. With normal (not sexual!) wear they seem to adhere well. I like that there is a small projection, a profile. I will likely have my breasts tattooed with a nipple eventually but get the same size as these and use them at times for a more real feel!

Made me feel GREAT!

I chose to have a skin-sparing preventative double mastectomy and was a bit heartbroken when I woke up from surgery and realized what I would look like without nipples as a 39 year old woman. After healing, I explored options for nipple replacement. I ordered these nipples to make sure I would be ok with looking in the mirror and seeing "someone else's nipples" on my body. I wanted to feel like I had nipples again. I am so glad I did. I really wanted to see nipples when I looked in the mirror but didn't feel like I wanted the 3D nipple because it was another surgery I didn't want. I also saw what the nipple tattoo looked like and it fades after a couple of years. I didn't want that maintenance either. I ordered these just as a test and tried them on after a shower one night without warning my husband. He did a double take...at first he didn't realize anything was artificial and that I had nipples. Then it dawned on him and he got a HUGE grin on his face and motioned for me to come over to him and the rest is very romantic history :D. Ladies, mastectomies suck...treat yourself to some nice prosthetic nipples!

DON’T waste your money - the Adhesive doesn’t last!

The adhesive completely came off after 3 uses and I used the included cleaner! Expensive for 3 time use, in my opinion. This is the second time it has happened. The first time I lost one of the nipples and threw the other away, not realizing it was an adhesive issue. I even ordered a bottle of prosthetic adhesive to try to make them work and it didn’t.

Made Me Feel Whole Again for 5 minutes!

Not quite as realistic and those in the higher price brands but extremely convincing nevertheless. This product made me feel whole again but sadly, for only 5 minutes.. After that they start to roll, and within hours, they fall. I will have to return them before one of them falls and I cannot find it.
