Not sure if this is real or a scam
I got this because I was curious about my 90 year old house and if there was significant amounts of Radon. Placed in the basement and connected to my iPad I left it to 'calibrate' as the instructions required. It's been recording for over two months and what I've seen is surprising. According to this device the Radon levels in my basement vary WILDLY, even when conditions are stable. With consistent temperature and humidity, even with outside weather stable the thing will report 0.4 pCi/L one day, 3.5 pCi/L the next, and back down to 0.8 pCi/L the next day. All with nobody even being in the house! I'm having a hard time trusting it.

Accurate
I purchased this device because the home inspector determined elevated radon presence in my home. He used a 'professional' setup to obtain the numbers over a span of 48hours. When I setup this device, the results were very close to the inspector's results. Just off by 0.1pci/l. Definitely a good product.

Radon is the real deal, get it checked out.
I've had a home office in the basement for years, but due to Covid found myself spending more time down there than ever. A month or two into lockdown I seemed to be having shortness of breath issues and thought for a while that my mind was just playing tricks on me, "do I have the sickness..."? Well, I let that go for a while and when it didn't get better I did some research and decided to check my radon levels. I started with a mail in 3 day charcoal kit which came back somewhere in the low 4 range, not great, not terrible either since 4 is the recommended max level. Finding out that radon can vary over time, I decided to buy the Airthings Radon sensor. Overall, setup was quick, I agree the bluetooth design is a little annoying, but I've never had an issue syncing as long as I was in the normal 30foot range that bluetooth has. It doesn't sync in the background, only when you open the app. A WiFi option would be nice, but that would require a power cord, and I did appreciate that I could move this device around to several locations in the house which was easy with it being on batteries. Accuracy: After the 48 hour "acclimation" period, I saw the reported radon levels come right into line with the lab report. Then it kept climbing, then it dropped to almost nothing back in the green range, then back to red. Over and over every 2-3 days I'd be green, red, green, red, and I started to wonder if it was just a gimmick to make it look like it was doing something. It did seem to change with weather, but I could never put my finger on a pattern as the weather is always changing. Then I moved it from the basement to the main level for a few months, and the average was slightly lower, but I still bounced between acceptable and unacceptable levels. Finally, somewhere in the process I got actual Covid, got over it, and felt pretty much the same as before but I started to notice I felt better when I wasn't at home. We traveled for Christmas and had a vacation or two since someone has to keep the economy going... So I finally decided to install a radon fan on the passive pipe which was installed on our house during construction as required by code these days. The Airthings device had no way of knowing I just installed a fan, but it clearly picked up on the environmental change. In the screenshot you can see the radon level fall off a cliff and flatline in the green. In short, I no longer question if it was actually measuring anything, this thing works! I was surprised by the variability in radon levels over time, and I'd recommend anyone who's concerned to get a sensor like this. Go ahead and get a lab test as well just to confirm the sensor is good any working, but I do think there's a delay between your radon level and when it shows up on the sensor. This is surely why they tell you to wait 48 hours after setup before looking at the reading. I tried many times to open a window in my office when it turned red and never saw a blast of fresh air to make a difference. I'm not a physistist, but the sensor probably takes time to absorb or react to the radon, so let it sit and watch the trending over time. It's only been a week since installing the fan, and maybe my brain is giving my lungs a placebo effect, but I feel like it's made a difference.

Not trustworthy
We purchased in January and at first we had readings well below any concern. Then we started to get readings in the red. We turned on our whole house fan- completely exchanged the air in the entire house- then put a fan in the basement window pulling out air- the readings still read high. Even though the battery showed full on the app, we replaced the batteries- and the readings went back down into the green for months. Now again in the red. Did all the same things- still showing over 9. Placed the unit on an outside screened porch (totally ventilated) just to verify if the readings were accurate- readings actually went up. Now showing radon levels over 10. Not worth the investment in my opinion- can’t trust the results. We did contact the manufacturer but received no valuable assistance.

Good Product, would recommend this vs traditional testing
Product is easy to set up and the bluetooth connection works great to give updated radon levels. I find that this product giving average radon levels continually is actually a better way to track radon levels than testing for a 48 hour period and then waiting one to two weeks for results. Why? The levels change drastically within a period of time - way more than I would have originally thought. As the screenshot outlines from the application my house has averaged radon levels from 3.5pci to 12+pci within one month. If you just did one short term test you could really be missing what the true radon levels are and if a mitigation system should be installed. Unfortunately, I have found that my house does have elevated levels of radon in Minnesota and I have scheduled a radon mitigation system to be installed. For 100 to 120 dollars I find this is a very smart investment to a healthier life for you, your family, and friends. After radon mitigation was installed my radon dropped the next day to 0.2pci! Great peace of mind!

Easy to set up, good features.
This radon device seems well built. It was easy to set up and the additional features in the app are very handy. You can keep track of the radon levels, humidity/moisture, temperature for days, weeks or even months. Would definitely buy again.

Easy to use and read
Had a mitigation system installed before moving into our house. We were curious if the levels were down so purchased this to check. This shows that our readings are still above 4 most of the time so now trying to get the company to come adjust the mitigation system. Wouldn’t have known we still had problems had we not bough this! It also shows us the temp and the humidity, which is nice!

Not a useful indicator of Radon levels
This product is not an approved device on the C-NRPP website for measuring Radon in Canada. I bought this device as it seemed to be a great idea, real-time Radon with data logging for as long as you want. I installed my device as per the instructions and allowed it to calibrate for 7-days. I monitored for over 91-days and got a result of 371 Bq/m3 - safe levels in Canada are below 200. This ring on the device glowed red. I tried to use this information to make a Tarion New Home Warranty claim. It was denied as it is not an approved device. I then bought an Alpha Tracker device, did another 91-day test and sent it in for lab testing which showed 71 Bq/m3. I contacted Airthings about this conflicting information. They replied promptly with links to articles explaining why Alpha Trackers are not reliable. When I pressed about C-NRPP approval, I was sent another article on why you cannot compare the values from two different smart Radon Detectors, including the Corenthium Pro model. The information given to the user is largely meaningless, other than the general presence of Radon. If you think you have radon, save your $200 bucks and put it towards an under-slab ventilation fan. If you still want one, I'll be selling mine on eBay.

Don’t buy inaccurate results
Reading is not accurate, I compared with other Airthing devices and the readings does not match, this device shows very high reading. I even got it check with a professional who came to do the mitigation, even he told me that the device is not accurate. I tried taking to customer service folks, they shows at first that they are very interested in helping but at the end not really. They didn’t help me at all. I strongly suggest against buying this device.

Average Radon Readings match lab report
I bought this product as I don’t want to keep buying random test kits. I will continue to move throughout my life and it’s cheaper to buy this than those kits. Plus, I bought the accustar kit and it took approximately 40 days for them to send me the test results and I had to pay for shipping too - a hidden cost you don’t think of. The basement test result came back from the lab and had the same reading as the average radon reading over the last month using Airthings. I was initially skeptical of how accurate this product would be, but the lab results confirmed the products accuracy. I will be bringing this with me to the next house I live in.

Seems accurate
Initially I gave a negative review but I tested it further and concluded that this device is working. The measurement is very slow and it takes 8-12 hours to show a change in the environment. I tested it outdoors, which consistently gave very low results. Temperature and humidity testings are very quick but for radon it takes some patience tog et the results.

Inaccurate
This device looks great and is easy to operate but that's all. The main function of a Radon detector is to detect Radon somewhat accurately otherwise what's the purpose of spending money on such a device? This device is totally inaccurate. The readings after one month keep fluctuating between 29 Bq/m3 to 120 Bq/m3 within a day. The company advertise an accuracy of 10% or so after 1 month... ya sure. It is a waste of money and if I can return it I will not hesitate. Garbage product, and advertised specs are misleading.
