I love this!!

I was looking for something to replace my KitchenAid mandolin. I found this one and because the box was damaged, I got a great deal. It’s even better than my old one and sturdier. It cuts well and I like that it makes crinkle cuts too. It’s simple to use and the blade stores safely in a slot.

This mandolin meets all expectations and is well suited for the occasional use it finds in the typical residential kitchen. Blades sharp and cut cleanly.

Easy to Use and Came in the Nick of Time!

We ordered this mandoline because our garden veggies were beginning to come in and we wanted to preserve beets. I was in the process of peeling and washing a bushel of beets when the delivery truck arrived, so we tore open the box and immediately began to use the slicer. It was very easy to use and sliced those beets perfectly. We plan to use it for other things, like slicing pickling cucumbers and other garden produce. Great item and worth the price!

You cannot slice food products by hand as thinly as you can with the Cuisinart Mandoline Slicer.

Dangerous low-end item!

Cut myself very first time using. The round plastic food "pusher" sucks bad. 2 weeks later and my hand wound is just now healing.
