Amazing glue for crafts

I have tried many glues for my daughter's dance costumes and such. I was trying to add some patches on her back pack and was having a very hard time. So I bought this and wow it was great. It stuck so well, had to weigh it down with books after applying it, so it wouldn't lift up. But, I am very surprised and happy with it. Definitely would buy again.

Works

Instructions in pic of the back of the pkg. After you use it; tap the bottom of the bottle on the table to get the glue down, out of the tip (so it doesn't dry there). A google search found: To remove; heat it with an iron (w/ steam?) and gently pull the fabrics apart

This is serious glue.

This is glue for things you seriously want to stay and never go astray. It will soak into the fabric, make the fabric darker, and make it stiff but still pliable. Either use it in places you don't care that it's noticeable or where you can't see it. That being said, if you want to stick something and have it stay stuck, this is excellent stuff.

Leaves noticeable mark

My patio furniture and cushions are stored in a shed over the winter months and a mouse chewed a 4" hole in the upholstery in one of the cushions that was uneven and couldn't be sewn. It's Sunbrella fabric, so I ordered some fabric, and attempted to repair the cushion cover, by placing the new fabric inside the trimmed hole on the cushion and gluing it on the inside perimeter. The glue bonded alright, but even though I only applied a thin line of glue on the inside of the fabric of the cushion, it left a distinct wet looking ring around the area that was glued even though it has been completely dry for a week. So bonding yes, but I wouldn't use this on any fabric where it might be seen. I wouldn't use it again for this repair if i knew what the result would be.

Used on a Vintage Chiffon

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried this on my Vintage Organza Dress where it was ripped. I found I was able to adhere the rip together pretty well without seeing the glue ... in some places it is sticking together in other Place it is coming apart so I may add a few more beads of glue. I realize chiffon is not an easy fabric to use the sun but I had to try it and I think it works pretty well of course cotton is ideal like the pictures you see with my other vintage dress the buttonhole was fixed with it. It’s flexible. Dries clear! ????????

Best fabric glue!!!

This stuff is awesome. It glues everything. It even glued an elastic waist band together. It works all all types of fabrics I've tried inckusing lots of active wear and soft leggings. I've made masks with this glue and everything holds up great. Love this stuff!!

Perfect for needs

This product worked really well when I used it to glue down some awkward to sew seams. You don't need very much - I think that I was a bit heavy-handed at first - which is my own fault because it state on the instructions not to use too much!

does not work / hold / bond!

does not work!! I used it to bond velcro strips to fleece and it did not hold. I let it dry fully and even weighed it down to ensure a proper bond - no luck. I followed all the instructions as well. The velcros also got curled up after washing since the edges were exposed rather than glued down to the fabric, and the glue came off as well. Does not hold nor bond. Extremely disappointed.

waste of money

easy to use followed the instructions exactly after 10 minutes checked it no stick at all so added more glue and tried to re do it it appeared to stick so left it for an hour to cure and the second i moved it, it detached so whatever this is supposed to stick fabric is not one of them totally wasted my money on this crap so i advise u not to waste yours because this DOES NOT WORK

Its quick, easy and dries fast.

Used on a pair of slacks that was frayed and could not repair. Used thermoweb and I am now wearing them. .
