Good Quality and does the job.
I'm new to the craft and material cutters, and I tend to be conservative when buying supplies. These products are made by Cricut and do the job. They are relatively expensive but of good quality

Have had my first for years and it still works. But sometimes I lose it in the crafting chaos and wanted a backup. Pen has good color. Fully moist. That usto say, not dried out at all. ,

Great way to write without having to use a printer.
I received a Cricut Explorer not to long ago so I just had to get the pen adapter! I have nice handwriting and print, but not THAT nice! lol I like having the ability to write on projects that I'm doing without having to put them through my printer first then making sure it's lined up correctly for my Cricut. I can cut, print, and get both done fairly quick without having to second guess, ruin tons of paper, etc. It's easy to install, use, and works beautifully with the various other types of pens as well as the Cricut brand. All you do is open your Cricut Explorer One, open up the blade apparatus, remove the blade housing, insert the pen adapter with the pen inserted already and lock them into place. The adapter is made of a light weight plastic which is pretty durable, I can see that prolonged use it could possibly crack, but the cost isn't astronomical so replacing shouldn't be an issue at all.

Explore One ONLY
I read all the reviews on here, and bought this for my Cricut Explore Air - not a One or a 2, just an Air - and it doesn't fit. I got the machine second hand to see if I'd like using one, but when I went to use the write feature, I found that I did not have the adapter for the pen side A holder. So, I started reading everything I could about the different Cricut machines and supposedly the only difference between the Air and the regular Cricut Explore is the Bluetooth connection. Apparently there is also a slight difference in the size of the side A holder. My holder measures 1 1/2 centimeters, but this adapter is 1 1/4 cm. I had already bought a bunch of Cricut pens that I had to return because even the Cricut website says the adapter is out of stock. So, bottom line is, if you have an Explore ONE, this may fit. Any other Cricut, don't bother.
