Worked with my PS/2 IBM Model M
My tablet things connects via USB-C to a docking station, which then connects to a USB hub, which connects to this, which connector to my very old but irreplaceable ps2 keyboard. This works perfectly well. I plugged my keyboard into this, this into the USB hub and it just worked. No lag, no problems, it just worked. No complaints here!

Saved a Keyboard
My friend has a new BeeLink computer and an old PS/2 keyboard she really likes. I tried the cheaper PS/2 adapter but it did not work - reviews said it might not. This one is powered via USB, active, and worked just great and friend is happy . I highly recommend. Arrived quickly and is obvious how to use.

Works as expected
Very simple to use. PS/2 mouse and keyboard plug into one end and the other end plugs into a USB port. I use this to feed into a KVM switch that only accepts USB keyboard and mouse. I cannot speak to longevity or power requirements. It gets its power from the USB, but I have not measured it to see how much.

Finally a PS/2 to USB adapter that works with modern KVMs!
Many PS/2 to USB adapters do not work reliably with modern with USB KVMs. This one is an exception, it works reliably and is also very well priced!

It works
But the delay from me moving the mouse to the cursor moving was like 2 seconds. There isn't anything wrong with this. It's just that old mice are outdated for a reason.

Great purchase!
Product looks to be of very good quality, not cheaply produced. Not bulky. Wanted to use an old keyboard with a new comp; works instantly.

Works great for vintage keyboards!
A great converter if you've got a vintage keyboard you wanna use on your modern computer!

It got here pretty quickly and it works
I received a new laptop from work (to work from home) but I find laptop keyboards to be awkward. Most newer keyboards also seem to be of lesser quality than those from the past, so I wanted to repurpose an old PS2 type keyboard for the laptop. I searched around my city in a few stores, and couldn't find this product, so I ordered from Amazon. This adapter seems to do the job, though I haven't used the computer very much yet (need to buy a bigger screen). So far, so good.

Works great
Hey, it does the job. I love using my old keyboard on a modern system. (Only using a keyboard.) Yes, it doesn't like more than four keys pressed at once, and occasionally it will just reset itself and input will cease/freeze. (As if you had unplugged and re-plugged the device). But that's rare enough that I can put up with it.

Intermittent signal drop with IBM Model M
I hooked this up to my Model M and it worked for the most part, but it would periodically disconnect and reconnect. It made typing annoying and playing video games pretty much impossible. Maybe it works better for other devices (I don't have any others to try, unfortunately) but if you're specifically looking to adapt a Model M, look elsewhere.

does what the description says
my wife's laptop keyboard stopped working maybe because she spilled coffee over it. lucky for her i still had those keyboards from my old desktops. but unfortunately, those kb had ps2 connections and of course current laptops have no idea what ps2 ports are. so off went i searching for ps2 to usb port converters. i found this and amazon delivered. i plugged in the kb ps2 end to the converter then plugged in the usb end to the laptop and voila! my wife's a happy camper again.
