Attachment accessory must be modified to work correctly.
This bar attachment mounts to the Accu-sharp jig with three 4mm socket head cap screws, and uses 2 more of the same to tighten the bar attachment on your 12mm accessory bar for either the Tormak, Jet, or Grizzly wet grinder. The two screws that are supposed to "squeeze" the block to the bar are too small, and the holes are not tapped deeply enough nor are the screws long enough for the screws to actually tighten the block to the bar. They will strip before the block is secure. The fix is to redrill both the Socket head, and the body diameter holes to accept a 1/4-20 or 1/4-28 socket head cap screw, and drill and tap the stationary part of the block to the same thread. Drill all the way through the block with a #7 drill, or 3/16" if you don't have number drills, and tap all the way through before mounting the block to the Accu-sharp. You will probably need to grind 2 or 3 threads off a 3/4" (thread length) long cap screw to allow it to tighten properly. These larger screws are beefy enough to bend the moveable portion of the block to compress the mount to the 12mm bar. Again, not a game changer but irritating, as it should have been engineered into the block to start with. Lube the screw threads before tightening. You won't be able to get to both screws while adjusting the jig to the wheel, as the inboard screw will be too close to the stone. The solution for this is to tighten the inboard screw until the block offers slight resistance to sliding, and then use the outboard screw to actually secure the block to the bar. The Jig will only accept blades and chisels that have flat top and bottoms, (like Marples). It will not accept mortising type chisels with round thick shanks, which are too tapered and thick.

Hard to tighten
One screw-hole threads stripped out on the second adjustment, and no spare screws. It is too hard to clamp tightly, and it has to be tight otherwise, the adjustment angle is wrong.
