Best Option

This item is a high maintenance item. Every two years it will need replacing. I've tried various and the cheap items are that, cheap. So, I'm back to what really works.

Nice Quality

They sent me the wrong color. I reached out but no response. It took me 5 hours to put on but I am a 60 YO woman. LOL When my Husband got home he told me it was the wrong color. Now nothing matches. Bummed. Quality is great so far.

This is a good replacement option

This is the 2nd replacement canopy since we purchased our gazebo in 2014. They only last a few years due to sun and weather and depending on fabric and construction. After looking at many reviews on different canopies, here's what I can tell you about this one. Top canopy piece: I read that some now come with ties instead of velcro. This one comes with velcro and it fits. On the last replacement, we couldn't get the small top piece on without opening one of the seams about 3-4 inches and rigging it back together. So this one - good size, has velcro, works as expected. Main canopy: the ripstop fabric seems heavier than our previous canopy but these tops are all easy to rip if not careful. This top has one corner with a 1"x3" handle-thing. Once I discovered it, I switched to putting that corner on last. You use this sewn on strap to help pull the last corner over the frame. This canopy is a tight fit and the strap came unsewn as we were just about to get it on. I ended up letting the top sit for a couple days hoping it would stretch a little and I got a needle/heavy thread and stitched the handle back on. It just could have been reinforced better. I also used a small bungee to keep it in place so the wind didn't rip anything in the meantime. So this is where I go "dear husband, I said I wasn't going to jack with another canopy top, get us hard top" but maybe next year! To continue... it rained and after a half-a_ _ed sewing job and some pulling and stretching, I got the last corner on. Be persistent! Over all, this was a slightly better replacement than we got last time. If you have winter weather, you really need to take them off and back on in the spring which is a hassle but having the gazebo has been worth the hassle (so far!). I am an upper 50's age gal who usually puts this on myself but help is recommended especially when getting up high to put the upper top on. One last tip is, when small rips have occurred or to reinforce seams on the corners, I have used Tear-Aid type A canvas repair clear tape to prolong the life of the canopy.

Strong cover.

Three years later it took a fifty mile an hour wind to destroy the well worn cover. The cost averages $30.00 per year..

this top fit pretty well on my older frame

this top fit pretty well on my older frame. it seems to be durable, but time will tell.I was very happy to find one for this frame. The original was bought from Lowes in 2012, so I'm happy to still be ale to use it. I also have one that was bought from Big Lots, but can not fine a replacement top for it. Had to trash a perfectly good frame.

Simple to install, looks tough but not as thick as the original.

Just installed, spray tested for water. So far so good. Water beads off, hopefully this is not a coating that will wear off. I see several reviews on how hard it is to pull the canopy over the frame. Do all here know you have to contract the rods into the top hub prior to install? Then when all ends are in its easy to put the canopy on. Last step is pull on each at the hub to re-lock the pins, this uniformly expands the canopy rather than tugging on the corners which is so easy to rip it.

Great replacement

Purchased at the beginning of the summer and it still seems great. As a bonus feature, which I like, this replacement top allows some sunlight through and therefore doesn't seem so dark underneath. Also at night, if you have lights underneath, this top glows a bit which seems nice.

Fits like a glove!

I installed this by myself - just followed some videos on You tube. It was fairly easy but with a tight fit (that’s a good thing). I ripped one of the side pockets but fit the roof truss in and stapled it afterwards successfully. The canopy has had no issues throughout our summer and seems quite resilient.

Un peu grand pour ma structure, j'ai du faire des ajustements a la structure et la toile n'est pas imperméable, j'ai dû mettre un produit hydrofuge, mais quand même bien.

It fits perfectly

Spent extra for stronger canvas. Not sure about quality of the fabric but time will tell I suppose… otherwise it fits and looks great.
