This fit my Easy encore 2 shelter prefectly.
Fits my easy up10x10 perfectly. It's water resistant and not nessarily waterproof, but will holdup un heavy rain. Made of a polyester material that could be heavier. Has velcro sewn into the corners as well as tie down loops If it lasts one season it's worth the price

Loose fit, but not that bad
This cover fits loosely but it does fit. The velcro corners don’t line up wit the EZ-Up velcro on the corners, see pic of me pointing out how far down they are. There are extra Velcro strips that with a little work you can find places to attach and make the cover snug, but don’t make it too snug, because… This is single stitched and the fabric is fairly lightweight, so if you were to pull hard you could probably tear it easily, I was careful with it when I noticed. I also have an image showing the holes when even slightly stretched. The middle top section has too much fabric so it sags. I used a 20 inch tube that I wedged in between the top of the frame in the center and the center of the top of the cover. That is a lot of extra fabric. If I were to have left it, it looks bad and if it were raining it would pool up. See image, you can see the very top white tube I used. Still, when I was done with it you can see the end results and it looks okay. Three stars is about right. I am not sure I would buy it again, maybe, if it holds up.

Well made, but not an exact fit on our First Up
This top, being a universal type, doesn't quite fit our First Up brand frame, which is several years old now,, snuggly. The sides are fine, but the top portion is a bit loose, made for a frame with either the vent dormer on top, or one that has a taller point. When it rains, water creates pockets on two sides, adding weight to the whole structure, and threatening to collapse the cover, or tear it off the frame. I find myself propping wood planks between the frame and the canopy, standing on the rails of our deck, to take up the slack. I really don't fault the manufacturer for this, but it is a good lesson to know, not all tops will work on all frames, unless you only use it in good weather. In general, the top is made well, and has numerous ways to fasten it to several frames. It is water repellent, and does not leak through. There are ventilation holes near the bottom of each side to keep the top from grabbing too much breeze, and launching you canopy. If you are seeking a replacement top to get a little longer life from your canopy frame, but temporary use, this will work nicely. Just be sure there is a snug fit if you plan to keep it up in rainy weather, to allow water run off.

Fits my Caravan frame application.
Looser and thinner fabric than the original Caravan canopy, but cheaper, and fits a Caravan frame. It’s good for shade. I’m glad I took a chance with this product because my Caravan frame is still good and strong, but I did not want to pay the cost of a new Caravan canopy. This was a great compromise at a lower price.

It was cheaper than buying a new EZ Up.
This was a nice replacement for the canopy cover for my EZ Up. It was a nice red when I got it, but has since dulled a bit after being out in the sun. Doesn't feel very thick in terms of material and I'm not sure about water resistant as we haven't had much rain out in Cali since I bought it. I dont expect it to weather a hurricane so it does its job well.

please read-before buying
We decided to do a test fit of the canopy cover this morning. We have 2 canopies and the E-Z up is currently up with the cover from the Ozark Trail frame. We put the replacement cover on the Ozark Trail frame. The cover weighs 7.2 pounds. The fabric seems sturdy. There are more velcro pieces on the replacement than on the original. There is no vent in the top like the original. The very top of the replacement is taller/longer and doesn't fit the frame. There's loose fabric in the very center of the top. I don't know how else to explain it, see the picture. The seams are on the outside of the canopy. W're going to keep it and use it when the current cover needs to be replaced. The canopy fits well everywhere else. Also please note that our canopies are several years old. I don't know if styles have changed. I just know how this is working out for us. I'm attaching pictures from the current cover (2), the frame it's on and the EZ-frame with the Ozark Trail cover on it
