Great Sink and Good Company to Deal with

The basin was good quality. The shipper got it to me quickly. I even telephoned the shipper with a specific question and they were extremely helpful with researching my question and calling me right back. The only reason that I didn't give this product 4 stars is because in the pictures it appears to be beige and it actually is real grey, not beige at all (and nothing in my facility is grey, everything in tan and brown, so it sticks out color wise like a sore thumb) Also, in the pics the drain appears to be a bronze color...it is actually silver/chrome (most everything in my facility is bronze, but this wasn't a big issue, because I had to get a chrome service sink faucet that was chrome, so the drain being chrome was actually a good thing.)

Good looking sink.

Much better than a standard utility sink. Don't have to pick your Mop bucket up high to dump it, and a lot more versatile.

Difficult

Product was as expected but the gasket is way way to tight for abs pipe, very very difficult to get on

Would purchase it again if I needed that exact same one to fit an existing one

I thought the sink was good quality except the strainer was plastic and had more of a residential quality versus commercial

Serves The Purpose

Slightly disappointed that a corner broke upon installation, but the damage was minimal. Would be nice if the material was a little stronger.

Ended up not needing it but due to my experience with mop sinks it was great quality for the price. Great deal.

Packing sucks .. damaged on arrival

Seems nice but wish they would pack it better. 2 of 4 corners are broke from no padding. I think it will still sit flat but just a headache to return and eye sore.

Chips during shipping

A great product, but it arrived with multiple chips on every edge at the top of the basin (see photo). Prices this same one out at logical hardware stores and was 2x the price. All in all, I wish there were no chips but I need to use it and can’t afford the time to ship it back but like how rigid it is

Ordered, returned, and still settled on a damaged sink

Sink works well now. First sink the floor adapter would not come apart so install wasnt possible without buying parts. Sink was damaged so did an exchange which worked fine. New sink arrived with parts that worked but still a damaged sink.

Product was shipped with a crack in it, as well as 2 chipped corners. Product appeared to have been mishandled.
