Perfect and flush

We were adding a concrete patio, and smack dab in the middle was the sewage clean-out. I wanted something that was flat, and level with the concrete. I also wanted it to look nice. This was perfect. Our concrete guy was impressed as well!

Adjustable easy install but can end up not straight to your finished surface

As a plumbing contractor, Zurn products are always good quality. These clean outs are good as well. Adjustable and has an integrated clean out screw plug under the cover. My advice for anyone installing these is to remember that your riser needs to be exactly perpendicular to your finished surface. Can be difficult to achieve. A micro clean out cover with a Tom cap might be easier Reading through other reviews....FYI plumbing piping is measured by inner diameter. A 3” model measures about 3.5” inside so that it fits onto a 3” pipe

cap an old unused floor drain

Had an ugly old unused floor drain (gravel bed not sewer connected). Perfect for capping off to eliminate that musty old water smell.

Wrong product sent - but was fixed

UPDATE: we sent the grated ones back and reordered and this time received the correct ones. They are great quality. It came with holes instead of what was pictured. We need it for a sewage cover so holes is definitely not going to work. We needed it quickly and couldn’t find any in town so we returned it and are going to try to order again. Hopefully it is the right ones this time.

Very nice looking for a cleanout in a patio, or walkway. The fact that it adjusts to height makes getting it flush with the surface very easy. Quality is very good

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. As a plumbing contractor, I very seldom go to the internet for parts, but being that the underground was a little shallow, I had to resort to these clean outs. I ordered two 3” clean outs and received 4” instead. If they weren’t of great quality, I’d have given this a 1 star. Hopefully I’ll still make grade after using a bushing to reduce down.

Decorative and sturdy

The item was used in brick walkway. It needed to be decorative, sturdy, flush and completely sealed with access only when needed. This item fit the bill exactly. It was a little pricey but the project was finished and it looks great.

Doesn't Fit as stated on the description. It is not the standard measurement so be aware. I have one item laying here now useless and after refund period.
