Fun game

Very fun and easy game to play. My only issue is with the delivery, it arrived damaged but Amazon quickly fixed the issue.

Overpriced

Very meh. Yes, you get some cool little plastic toys. Game is simplistic, far too easy, tiny little cards are fiddly, and due to size and glossiness were very difficult for me to shuffle. There's not really very much tactically going on. Spent most of the time just reacting to the spawns.. Cardboard tiles don't lay flat. The packaging frankly sucks and it's difficult to get back into the box. I was definitely a victim of the hype. This and Mansions of Madness 2nd edition has convinced me the modern board game industry is happy to exploit people with more money than sense and has turned me off the hobby. I know there's good board games out there, but these upper tier Kickstarter games for me at least, you get a lot of stuff (cardboard widgets, low quality plastic game components, and little minis) but the actual fun and crunch is lacking. The character card holders are really junk as well. The little XP tracker thing is either too hard to move smoothly or slides way over as you get past the rough part. There's also no reinforcement on the bottom, so the whole thing bows down when you try to move the XP tracker. Minis are pretty cool, but FLIMSY. Almost snapped the legs on a player character taking it out of the colored base. The base had a manufacturing defect, making it hard to pull the mini out. Combined with the poor quality of the leg design and material, almost snapped the legs off during my first play. Long story short, paying through the nose for an average at best experience with junk components.

Instant favorite

Quality components, easy to learn and understand, quick to set up and play. This can be a brain crunch or a hack n’ slash; depends how you choose to play it. It’s fun and rewarding either way. Also soooooo many zombies!

Very fun and enjoyable!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved it! It's now our favorite board game to play together. The miniatures are very detailed, characters are interesting with fun abilities. I even painted the miniatures to have a better experience

My Family's New Favorite Game

My family hasn't really ever played boardgames besides ones like Monopoly and Sorry! They were a bit hesitant to try something that looked intimidating but I learned from the book and watched some youtube tutorials and was able to lead them through the tutorial mission. My mom and dad are in their sixties and struggled a bit but after a few times through the tutorial, we took on a few of the easy missions and they really got it and started strategizing and getting into it! I've now taught my brother, his wife and her parents and my nephew how to play. My twelve year old Nephew picked it up SO FAST! He loves zombie video games and it really got his interest. They all have their favorite character to play now. I painted all the minis and it added so much 'flavor' to the sessions and made it easier to distinguish between zombie types and players. I've never painted minis before but with some basic Vallejo paints and youtube tutorials, I managed it. Its the favorite game for family boardgame night and its been hard getting them to try anything else! I love it and its easy to run and play. Just be prepared for non tabletop people to feel a bit overwhelmed and talk them through each turn. I recommend playing the tutorial a few times with first timers before moving onto one of the easy missions.

Zombie Blastin' Fun

This is a fantastic game, and I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys action pack games with a heavy side of zombies. Pros: 1. The game comes with a TON of highly detailed mini's, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. 2. Other than the minis, the amount of small tokens and extras are relatively light compared to other games like this. Still a bit, but very manageable. 3. YUGE manual with a ton of information, and lots of missions to play, plus some options ones to download from the the website, if you want. 4. Pretty easy to learn, turns are quick and fun. Looks a little intimidating at first, but it really isn't at all. Great for playing solo (you heard me) or with friends. Cons: 1. There are a TON of minis. Like, dear god, so many minis. Sometimes you can struggle to get the zombies to fit on the board. First world problems in a zombie apocalypse? Odd. 2. The character panel sliders are a right pain in the ass to move. Not all of them, but some I feel like I'm almost gonna break them when I slide them around. They always move, but I'm just waiting to hear that heart breaking sound of plastic snapping. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Better, much better than the first edition. You have to buy it

The game is amazing. The miniatures are very well sculpted. And the best part is the gameplay. This second edition took all the bad ideas from the first and threw them away. Now it's a brilliant game. It runs smoothly and the characters are charming and deadly. Excellent components with a very high quality. And the icing on the cake is that you can play it solo!

Favorite at our boardgame nights

This is a really excellent game that I got to know from a friend years ago and now decided to buy for myself because I loved it so much. I like that it's a cooperative game so teamwork is key rather than playing against each other. It might take a while to get the gameplay 100% but there is an introduction scenario that helps. While challenging, most missions are do-able, especially compared to some other co-op games (Looking at you, "Descent"!). It is also beautifully designed. I can only recommend to buy it and to start planning the next boardgame night.....

Still fun

As with previous editions zombicide is still a fun game, always a hit. The miniature quality has been improved and a few mechanics streamlined. The price still hurts but miniatures games are costly :(

Un gran juego de Zombies

Tenia altas expectativas de este producto y sin duda las cumplio todas. Las figuras estan muy bien hechas y la modalidad de juego es muy divertida, excelente para jugar solo o con amigos. De los mejores juegos de mesa que he probado. El producto me llego en perfecto estado.
