Comfortable but not the easiest to use

I have tried the heatless curls technique with items I had at home (towels, t-shirts, etc) before finally deciding to buy one of these kits. I will say that the results are noticeably better with using this product than with using towels. Here are my thoughts: PROs: - Very soft (foam not rubber like some others) so comfortable to sleep in. You still feel it when side sleeping but you can choose to tie it up or position it so you feel it less. - Can be used on damp hair (dry by morning). - Silky texture produces less frizz than other materials. - Silky texture makes it easy to remove from hair in the morning. CONs: - Hard to keep on head while wrapping hair. Some similar products have a flat/empty space in the middle so its easier to clip into hair which I think would stay better. The clip provided is good but doesn't keep the hair curler in one spot. - Huge learning curve. I'm not saying it difficult to use because it isn't but it is difficult to master. It's hard to keep the curler in place while brushing and wrapping hair. Also figuring out where to place it and how to wrap the hair to get your desired results.

Heartless waves

I really do love this product, and use it all the time to avoid putting heat on my hair. The only reason why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because of the bend in the middle. It doesn’t lay smoothly across the top of my head. It always pops up into an upside down V. Other than that, it does the job!

You need to know how to braid

Perhaps it is user error on my part but this contraption is cumbersome to me. Instructions say to clip the middle of the fabric covered foam part to the top of your head. Maybe I don’t have enough hair to keep it in place but it didn’t stay in place well for me. It kept shifting about. The next part is to wrap your hair around the foam tube and taking little sections along with each twist. I figured out that you need to know how to French braid to get this part right. I must admit that however I managed, my hair did have a wave to it after removing the contraption. The curls do not hold though and mine waves were all over the place and not consistent with the results shown in the tik tok videos. I’m giving it 3 stars as I think if I were better at the twisting and wrapping I would’ve had better results.

LOVE IT!!!

I NEVER have to curl my hair in the mornings now. This little contraption saves me an hour in the moring. The curls look great and last all day. It takes a night or two to get used to sleeping in, but after that it's comfortable, and stays in place. The only issue I had, was one of the scrunchies fell apart, but I just substituted it for a another.

Created nice natural curls. Comfortable to use.

I used this right after showering and went to bed with it in wet hair. The rod is very comfortable and I was able to sleep and move around in with it. I have very thin hair and the curls really showed the next morning. At first the curls were tight and loosened as the day went on so I would recommend using mousse or hair spray to keep the curls in place, maybe even put hair product in your hair before using the rod. For those of you who have short hair, you may find it hard to wrap your hair around the rod because it is thick. Try securing the rod very well down on your scalp prior to starting so you can get tight curls. If I could recommend any changes, I would like them to create thinner rods so I can make tigher curls. Overall, not a bad product. Would recommend since it is easy to use.

Curls are beautiful but won't stay

My hair does not hold a curl unless I put my curling iron all the way up to 400 so I don't know what I expected but the beautiful curls I wake up to do not stay in for more than an hour. If your hair holds a curl, I'd say go for these as they are easy to install and decently comfortable to sleep in and the curls are beautiful when I wake up.

Un indispensable.

Fonctionne très bien et facilite les matins. Je trouve que les boucles tiennent plus longtemps qu'avec mon fer â friser.

El blanco viene sucio

Bien, pero el blanco viene sucio, lei algunos comentarios que lo decían y me arriesgue, resultó verdad, hay que lavarlo con bicarbonato y vinagre, no es una suciedad que se quite fácil.

Buen producto

Lo pedí para mi sobrinita y me gusto mucho es un paquete muy completo. Solo el blanco lo note un poco sucio así que seria el único comentario negativo que agregaría.
