Great quality for oil painting beginners
My boyfriend is a professional tattoo artist, and he has advanced skills as an acrylic painter. However, he hadn't tried oil painting until very recently. I got him this yellow ochre among other colors (same brand, size, etc.), and he's very satisfied with the sheerness. Oil painting isn't easy, and this winsor & newton has definitely helped him with more than the U.S. Art Supply ones that he got to begin with.

I have used Winsor and Newon Winton Oil for many years . Their products for fine arts oil is very good .

Very high quality oil paints with decent amounts. Very thin and smooth works on canvas or gesso paper. Real thing right there. *wish the package a little bit better, because it got wrinkled.

Enough to Last You Atleast Half a Year
There's enough paint in here to get done a lot of paintings done which is good since you'll most likely be using a lot of white to mix into your oil paints. Just make make sure to clean the inside of the cap and seal properly so that it doesn't harden inside which makes it impossible to open. (I'd know, I had to buy another one cause my old one sealed from the inside out ._.)

This is always consistently a good paint.
I use alot of this brand as the colors are rich and go on the canvas nicely. The are also easy to find.

As Smooth as Melted Chocolate
I find myself spending more time painting when I use this paint. I am able to control my lines, fill the spaces, and define the texture of my expression easily. This paint covers so well that going back and touching up is often not necessary. Oils take much longer to cure so going back to fix lines, blends and textures being eliminated means more time to spend on current works. These paints can be left smooth to make a very nice shimmering highlight when desired or textured in so many ways to create a depth that other paints will never give. I have very little need to mix my own when using these. For the purest mix your own, I am happy to spend my time painting instead.

A nice deep black to use thin as line work for oils.
The usual quality of W&N, but also that broader cap is is useful, especially on the larger volume tubes.
