Quality Pan

I needed this specific size pan for a brownie recipe my brother gave me. He’s an amazing chef so following his directions to a letter is important. I used parchment paper on the bottom as I do to ensure easy removal of any baked cakes. This pan cooked evenly and is very sturdy. The straight sides prevent uneven batter so the edges don’t dry and over cook. I’m a bakeware snob so I’m not easily impressed. I like this pan.

It's huge!

This thing is big. I bought it expecting it to be large, but it was way bigger than expected. It worked amazingly though. It's sturdy and nothing stuck in it. I've used it twice now with no complaints.

This is my second pan. it eventually looses its non stick surface. otherwise i love it.

I wish that it came with a more durable surface. it looses its non stick surface with wear.

Perfect for any heavy oven jobs with briskets, ribs etc. that demand special handling.

I had to do several racks of ribs for a large crowd and this pan was large enough and sturdy enough to get the job done with yummy fall off the bone seasoned meat. Great for large jobs.
