Things seem to
Things seem to burn easily and dry out in these pans. I don’t get it.

Perfect size!
I love the outside edge of brownies and the pan worked perfectly. No cutting, uneven edges or crumbs to deal with. The brownies were easy to remove and they fit just right into my bags. And the pan was easy to clean!!

A must have pan...
This pan has become my go to baking pan. I make quiche, corn bread, cookies, brownies and so much more. Clean up is a joy and if you have multiple pans like me they stack nicely to take up as little space as possible. I love this pan.

Brownies, I tell you, brownies!!!
I got this because all my friends and such love the crispy outside to a brownie but also want the gooey center. So it is very difficult when you don't have enough brownies in a regular pan to make them work. So I ordered these. They loved having the crispy outside and the gooey center all in one serving. The hard part was it was no longer a fight to the death for the right brownie anymore. But that is a good thing, I am running out of space to hide the bodies. The really good part is that now my friends can be around more to share in the goodness rather than a body that has to be hidden because they failed in the fight to the death or maybe they succeeded. Nevertheless, we will find other joyous foods to fight over. I am contemplating apple pie baked in a smoker with pecan wood. Now I wonder if this pan could be used to make mini square pies for my friends, maybe if it was a little deeper and the edges were a little bit wider. Anyway, let the challenges begin!

Square muffins, cupcakes, cornbread, etc.
In my dotage I've become obsessed with bakeware, and recently have been focusing on bakeware which produces individual sized servings. I've had my eye on this pan for a few months and have watched it here until the price came down to a reasonable amount. The pan itself is great quality - Norpro has never let me down - and the non-stick is good. With cake batter I will probably always use liners (just use a standard size round one - it will conform to the square shape of the pan) because it's hard to get all the cooked batter out of the fold where the bottom and sides meet. However, with cornbread, I just oiled it heavily and poured the cornbread batter in. The purpose of the oil was not only to facilitate clean up, but also help promote the crisper crust. Worked wonderfully. TexasMan loves lots of crust on his cornbread. I haven't tried brownies or meatloaf yet, but I want to soon. I wasn't sure I'd like that the individual cups are separated and held together by a wire grid. Having used this now, I think the purpose must be for better air flow in the oven around the cups. That gives a more distinct edge to the baked goods, though it did not negatively affect a more tender batter such as cake batter. Will probably indulge in a second one when the price again goes down. Or, better yet, Amazon - bring back the 4-for-3 promotion in baking pans/kitchen goods. That was an amazing thing for you to offer.

Great Cupcake pan
This pan is amazing !!! The one I received did not match the picture but the functionality of it was the same. I honestly like the one I got better. It is a solid pan not a wire looking pan like in the picture. I used standard round cupcake liners and I had no issues with them not forming to the pan. Not a single cupcake stuck in the pan. Clean up was super easy I just wiped the pan down from the spills and put it away. Great Product that I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent product, perfect for baking small cakes.
Sturdy but not heavy. Cakes baked evenly and released easily. Follow directions and do NOT use Pam or other spray. Slight coating of butter works perfectly. Easy clean-up. Recommended to a friend.
