Exactly what I wanted & Quick Seller response to issue
First pan I received was dented (package damaged but probably not the cause). Seller promptly sent a replacement which works perfect for gluten free cookies! (GF cookie bottoms tend to go from lightly golden brown to burnt Very quickly and you want to get them off the hot sheet the moment they reach that point of perfection. GF cookies also tend to fall apart at the slightest provocation when they're hot. They set up well when cooled but will often crumble to bits when you try to lift or tilt them over the edge of a standard cookie sheet. Cookies slid off this shiny, no lipped sheet, like a dream. Perfect

Sticker Residue
The pans are fine, but the sticker residue was a pain to get off.

My favorite SS cookie pan
This is by far my favorite SS cookie pan. I use it for egg rolls, fish and chicken nuggets too. I love how you can just slide the food on the tray on the open ended side, very handy. They are well-made, easy to clean and sturdy. Highly recommend.

Flimsy for a stainless steel muffin pan
The product was very flimsy for a stainless steel muffin pan. If you pick it up on one end the tray bends. I was very disappointed especially for the price being over twenty dollars. The description does say lightweight --but the pan feels more like aluminum than stainless steel. I am wondering it is an amalgam of stainless steel and other metals. Instructions say not to use metal utensils on this stainless steel pan- seems strange since metal like stainless steel can withstand metal utensils. I will research this brand further....but in my opinion this is not a fully stainless steel pan but maybe stainless steel coated with an amalgam of cheat metals.

This is the best type cookie sheet
I would have given 5 stars but the label stuck in one place on each sheet and was a real problem to get off

SO hard to clean
I don't know why but this is so dang hard to clean! It stains very easily from any oil I use and I have to soak it for an hour at least to get the food debris off. Wouldn't really recommend.

Least toxic, safe and easy to use - don’t be lazy and just get this one!
It’s just stainless steel - no aluminum, no non stick bs that’s actually poison and it’s easy to clean just oil before use- then give it a soak and wash off.

Good Cookie Sheets
These are good cookie sheets. They are very durable and easy to clean. The only problem that I have with them is that after they heat up they "pop" and distort in shape. It isn't a huge problem but you hear a loud pop or bang and when you take them out they are slightly twisted. This hasn't caused me too much of an issue but it still catches me off guard sometimes. Overall they are good cookie sheets but I just wish that they didn't distort when heated.

Just what I was looking for!
I love these stainless steel loaf pans. I made wonderful whole wheat bread using them. They are a little smaller then they are described (4.5 x 8.75” x 2.5”) but for my recipe the size was ideal. The pans are not shiny but dull and I believe it is the reason that the breads baked evenly. I buttered and floured the pans an had no problem with dough sticking. Easy to clean. The one thing that did irritate me was the glue that was used to stick the label inside pan (it took some effort to remove it without damaging the finish).

Good for a year or two
it's an inexpensive pan... you get what you pay for... This pan will last a couple years and be replaced. Edit: 4 years later - Nothing has changed about my review. This pan is lightweight and therefore not great, it warps at higher temperatures and forget about putting it on your stove top to make gravy. Look, it's a fine cheap pan but do not get fooled by the "stainless steel" as I was. This is a very light weight pan and it stains over time. I keep it around for things like Bain Marie and occasionally for reheating items when I need to get two pans in the oven at the same time. It's smaller than my quality pan so I can get two side by side lengthwise in the oven.
