MAKE SURE TO ACCOUNT FOR BAKING TEMP
These tart pans are super cute and are stiff enough to easily press dough into. (I really love them). But since the material is nor metal and if you're not blind baking first, your crust may be underbaked. I made egg tarts and my dough was raw in some places. So either make super thin crust, adjust bake time and temp, or pre-bake first.

I love these
I use these pretty much daily to make fried eggs in my air fryer toaster oven, adding a little avacado oil to keep them from sticking. After they get seasoned, I can cut down the amount of oil I use. This is my second set. The first set lasted almost two years before they started to split, which seems pretty fair for the price and the frequency of use. Plus, my fried eggs look like pretty flowers when I flip them out of these and on to my waffles.

So far so good!
Seems to be of high quality silicone. Does what I need it to do. Muffins popped out easily and it was easy to clean.

Bought These To Use In My Bella 2.6 qt Air Fryer...A-OK
I purchased these to use in my Bella 2.6 qt basket air fryer. They're fantastic. First of all they are easy to clean and easy to use. I just tried making an egg for an egg sandwich. It came out perfect. I put literally just a few drops of Avocado oil in the tart mold and smeared it around with my finger. (Side note..just rubbed the rest of the oil on my finger into my hands as a moisturizer...lol ) I broke an egg in the tart mold, broke the yolk and swirled it around just a wee bit with a fork. I popped it in my air fryer basket and cooked it for just under 5 mins on 325 F. When the egg was at 2 mins I threw a piece of whole wheat bread in the basket resting on the side of the basket. When the egg was cooked through the toast was perfect. The egg was just the right size for the piece of toast. The possibilities are endless just with that egg. I could under cook the egg and toast by just a minute, take it out, put the egg of the toast and top that with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Pop that back in the air fryer for a minute just until the cheese melts. Now you've got a Ham And Cheese Egg On Toast. Great for making eggs to use with English Muffins too. I can throw Morning Star sausage links or patties in the basket with the egg. Then I'll have myself an Sausage Egg Muffin. I'm going to love this for the ease of cooking and cleaning in minutes.

Inexpensive Individual Pie Molds
These will work for my purposes, but they aren’t perfect. Highest temp is 375 degrees, and not the stated 500 degrees. I mainly purchased molds for poached eggs in air fryer or instant pot. The molds work for both. Easily wipe clean. My only criticism is how floppy the sidewalls are when grabbed. The molds are fine when sitting still, but are a minor challenge when grabbed with liquid in them. I’ll also use for leftover pumpkin when making pies, or for corn and blueberry muffins.

Great for making mini quiches!
I bought these for making mini quiches and they are fantastic for this purpose. They are quite nonstick and super easy to clean, and the quiche crusts brown nicely in my toaster oven. To form the crusts to the shape of the pie mold, I put some dough in the mold, then use a second mold under a flat-bottom glass to press down, which spreads the dough quickly and evenly into the mold, and even up the sides. Running the second mold under hot water for a few seconds before using it to press helps the dough to not stick to it.

THEY. ARE. HUGE. ????????????
I did read the description ????. But the silicone cups I got in the mail? They are massive. Which is nice because my biggest concern was I would end up getting these tiny dessert tart sized cups ???? I got these to make wonton poppers Normally. In an oven I would preheat to 350F toast wonton wrapper in a standard muffin tray for 7 mins. Add my cream cheese filling. And cook for another 10-15 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more mins. And serve. But. When I recently purchased a chefman air fryer oven. I ran into the problem of NONE OF MY MUFFIN PANS FIT INSIDE THESE AIRFRYERS????‍♀️ My chefman is 8” deep and 9” wide. Even if you purchase an 8”x8” muffin pan it usually has sculpted handles. Meaning. It won’t close, the door. I considered buying silicone muffin pans and cutting to size. But that would looks so ugly☹️ So I researched and found I could use silicone cups such as these and just place them on disposable foil cake pans which are true 8”x8” in size. The only thing is these cups are like 5”. ????so. It’s like. Only going to fit “1” in the pan. That was the only hindsight. I was worried a 4” one would be so tiny. But I forgot that if I’m using 5” cups. My oven is going to fit one at a time ☹️????oops????‍♀️ But on the one bright side. You can make a bigger wonton popper. By the way. SERVES “1”, Filling is -1/4 block cream cheese - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/2 cup shredded cheese - 2-4 jalapeños diced - bacon bits if desired???????? And I like mixing green onions (a lot of it. Like 1 whole bunch) MIX IT ALL TOGETHER. SCOOP AND FILL. SAVE A LITTLE CHEESE FOR THE TOPS AT THE END Makes usually “10” wonton poppers in a medium sized muffin pans I’m guessing with these larger cups I will be making maybe 6-8 wonton poppers. Give it a try. It’s amazing. This is the sole reason I ordered these but I’m sure you can do many things with them. They are firm. So you can use them in the oven with a pan of you wanted to. I wouldn’t mind trying to make little banana bread muffins this Christmas will give that a try. I’m very new to using silicone bakewear for cooking.

Mold that’s not just for pie
I use these molds for many baking stuff, from pie to mochi bread, and Portuguese tart. The quality is great and I am glad that I bought it.

Perfect mini pie molds
I used these for Thanksgiving and they were perfect for making individual pies. They held their shape perfectly while baking and after cooling the pies were very easy to turn out. I did not press them from the bottom I turned them upside down onto my hand and had no issues. I can't wait to make cheesecakes in them. I did keep a watchful eye on them to make sure they didn't burn, I wasn't sure how to time the pies since they were a smaller scale and I found that the baking time was within 2-3 minutes of the directions for a full 9" pie. I also put them in the dishwasher and they came out like new.
