Super!

I had to make 15 hand pies for Thanksgiving, and this tool was so great for that! I bought this to replace my Williams Sonoma one that I had left at my other home, and this one works far better! The first one I ordered arrived with a broken hinge, so there is some problem there as other reviews have noted.

Too large for my use

I should have paid more attention to the size of this pocket pie press. It is much too large for my needs, but again, I think that is my fault for not accurately measuring the size that I need. But I returned it and got a smaller version that I am happy with.

Nordic ware pocket press

I loved that it was so sturdy and easy to clean. Once I learned not to over stuff the dough, I made beautiful hand pies.

Easy to use.

This has a good size to it, because of it, my and pies are so easy to make. My wife likes it when I made Sloppy joes in it, using canned biscuits. May good possiblitys, sure makes it easier.

To pie or not to pie........

These products are wonderful. I have several sizes that have made mealtime really fun for our great grandchildren. Meat pies, fruit pies, you name it. They are all irresistible and fun for kids to make, too. Use your imagination and come up with different ways to get the children in your family to eat their vegetables.
