Great design cumbersome installation
It doesn't appear to have lost any ground clearance on a king quad 500 and comes with the flanges. The flanges could be bolted up to a homemade plow (with some creativity). The instructions are a little lagging but easy to figure out. I would recommend removing accessories from the front rack and winch before you start to reduce weight. Basically you remove the lower plastic skid plate first (2 plastic pins and 2-10mm bolts). The skid plate has a tounge that fits into the next skid plate underneath. Next you remove 2 bolts (12mm) on each side of the front bumper assy. The top bolts that attach to the front rack just loosen. Tilt the front bumper/ rack out like a clamshell. Swing in the plow mount from the opening you created. Install bolts (13mm), washers, spacers hand tight until everything fits (the holes may not align up without some finagling). Torque down and done.

Straight Forward Install
After getting a cost of over $500 from a local ATV shop to install my plow, I decided to install myself. The instructions were about 8 steps long, with pictures. I installed this item on a 2006 Suzuki Kingquad. Keep in mind that the pictures are pretty close up, and it may be confusing when looking at the instructions and figuring out which exact bolt or bolts they are showing to remove or loosen. The install is mostly common sense though. Take your time and think about each step and it won't be dificult. The actual mounting bracket is super heavy gauge steel. I was very impressed with the heft of it. The first thing you have to do is remove the bottom 4 bolts from the bumper to the frame. (You'll re-use 2 of those, and replace the other 2 with bolts from the kit) Then loosen the 2 bolts at the top of the bumper. You do have to pop off the plastic top front brush gaurd to reach the top bumper bolts in order to loosen. Don't remove, just pull back enough to get your socket in there. Tilt the bumper out, slide in the bracket, bolt to the flange that also holds the winch mount plate, and slide your bumper back to the original position. Do NOT tighten all the bolts until you have all of them started. There are two spacers you have to put between the mount and the bumper (where you replace the original bumper bolts with 2 longer ones) that were a pain to get grip on the threads. I had to back off all the other bolts again to get a little play in there enough to get that last one in. After that, its just tightening everything in. The entire process took about an hour. You only need a few tools. 10, 12, and 13 mm sockets. At least a 3-4 inch extention. 13 mm wrench. And a flat head screw driver to pop out some retaining pins from the bottom brush gaurd. Easy. The rest of the parts included in this kit get bolted onto the push tube assembly. There just some quick attach pins to secure the plow assembly to the mount and some brackets to slide the assemnbly to the bracket for a quick tool-less attachment. There is flared edge on the two outside edges of the bracket facing forward on the mounting bracket. Like I said before, this is a very heavy duty hunk of steel secured by grade 8 bolts. I really like that those flared edges, made for easy insertion of the push tube assembly, have some pre drilled holes for ??? whatever ??? reason, are in a perfect position to use as anchor points when I rachet my load straps down to my truck bed or trailer... even with the plow assembly is attached. At first I thought that the $100 I spent on a bracket was a little steep, but after seeing exactly what it consists of, I am very pleased with this Warn product, as I am with everything else I've gotten from Warn.

Great product engineering, Very well made.
I installed this mount on our 2018 Suzuki King Quad 500. At the same time I install the Warn winch mount as well. I was amazed how well these two pieces fit the machine and how well engineered they are. I actually found this to be rather fun to install because everything fit so well and turned out so nice. This is my second Warn plow setup over the years. This is a huge upgrade to the older Warn mount that was mounted midway back the machines frame. Plow is very easy to install and remove from mount. I believe Warn makes one of the best quality and most durable plows for ATVs. Very nice system with the winch mount and the 60” Provantage plow/push tube assembly.

Fits 2013 Suzuki Kingquad 750.
Fits 2013 Suzuki Kingquad 750. I have "Ricochet" brand skid plates on this ATV and had to grind on each side and cut a couple 1" square relief cuts on the front skid plate to get the clearance I needed to mount the kit. The stock plastic skid plate will be no problem. Sits nice and high. I haven't tried plowing with it yet. This was mounted with a Warn ProVantage 3500 winch and both bolted together easily.

Good quality but a pain to install.
The entire plow system seems to be made pretty well. Installing the mount is a complete pain in the a** and doesn’t take into consideration if you have a front bumper so some finagling needs to be done. I got my push tubes completely mangled. Honestly pretty frustrating paying nearly 600 for a plow setup like this

Great system, terrible instructions
Absolutely horrible directions and pictures for installation. The product itself was top quality. I bought the whole system ( provantage plow) and the quality of the parts are great, installation instructions are terrible.

i bought the whole kit for the bucket transformation, it is a kit with very very poor instructions and in the end the product doesn't really perform as stated. I uninstalled the unit and returned it. The rating for the product is 2 stars but the rating for AMAZON is 5 STARS on excellent customer service!!
