What a workhorse
Everything here is two or three notches better than the consumer version of the product, the Cuisinart DLC-8S 11-Cup Pro Custom. They only superficially look similar, here are the differences: Forget about Watts this and Horsepower that. The Waring motor has tons of torque and has a steel shaft compared to plastic on the consumer version. I wouldn't be surprised if it has a better bearing system as well. It's well balanced too, as evidenced by quiet operation and very little vibration. The included S-blade is a completely different design compared to the cheap one in the consumer version. The blade is completely molded into commercial grade plastic, so there are no seams or exposed screws like on the consumer version. It also clicks/locks into place, so when you pour stuff out, the blade stays put. Although I haven't tested it, the locking mechanism also seems sealed, so if you overfill the machine, the liquids won't run down the motor shaft. The bowl and lid are made from thicker gauge plastic, so there is less warping of the bowl as the mass moves around and less noise. The Waring cover is totally different design than the compact cover of the consumer version. The rubber seal on the Waring works brilliantly, plus it has cleaning friendly design elements, such as access holes that you can use with a broken toothpick to push out the seal. The feeder tube for liquids has an integrated slanted cover that allows you to pour liquids in but prevents back-splatter. The consumer version has a simple hole with a plastic plug. Personally, I found no need to buy the version with the tall feeder tube. If I want to slice things, I have a mandoline for that. This allows this Waring unit to be much more compact, plus I don't need to find space to store discs and whatnot. What about the dough "blade" included with the consumer version you ask? That would be like hammering a nail with a screwdriver... it can be done given a big handle and a small nail, but it's not the right tool for the job. The bottom line is that it's a workhorse that puts a smile on my face whenever I use it. It feels like a premium product and it works like one too. Cleanup (hand washing) is easy and the step-up in quality from the consumer version is well worth the price difference.

I was looking for an "industrial strength" food processor. That is what this one is. I suspect that if I wanted to, I could fill it with gravel and make sand. I had anticipated that it would have a complement of blades for grating, slicing, etc. This lack is the only problem I have with the machine.

to get all the parts
it shows it comes with 5 parts and only got 2 parts so this is no use to me without the parts

Not a success. It was not clear to me that it was 120volt and was unusable outside of the USA. I was not interested in using it with a transformer so it was returned with considerable postage out of pockets. Amazon should at least be smart enough to check if overseas orders really want a 120v machine.
