Elegant Fan

I was looking for an elegant fan which this fits was I wanted. It's quiet and wasn't too hard for my husband to install. The only issue is that when we pull the switch for the light, the chain gets stuck in between the crystals. Otherwise it's really pretty.

I like the end product but needs improvement!

So this is normally over $300 and we bought it on sale for 170$ (thinking we got it for a steal). Before I go into the nitty gritty of it, here are some basic details: Pros: - Looks amazing - Functions great - The fan is almost near silent, even in the fastest setting which is wonderful - Manufacturer packages it well so it's protected! Cons: - Instructions need a serious update as they seem to refer to a different model and are REALLY unclear! - Specs are WRONG! It needs E12 bulbs (not E26) - Wiring inside fan is not properly installed as it completely pulled apart when we were putting the fan together. So, I would only recommend this fan to someone who has previous experience installing ceiling fans as the instructions and product leave a lot to be desired and make it practically impossible to install if this is your first ever ceiling fan. It does look beautiful in the space and is quiet which is why I gave it 3 stars. To change the light bulbs you will needs to remove the Crystal light fixture and prop it up (or have a second pair of hands to help) unless you want to undo the wiring. So yes, it takes 2 people to change 3 light bulbs when it comes to this fan. All in all, I don't think this fan is worth the High price tag, but if you get it on sale and are comfortable dealing with all the cons, then go for it!!

Awkward installation, pretty outcome!!

I bought this fan for my bedroom and I was not concerned about installing it at all because I have installed many ceiling fans in the past. I was certainly wrong this time. If I would have used the instructions, I would have been confused because the instructions was not good. So I installed it just from what I knew. Now, the worst part was getting the globe on. It took my husband and I together 2 days and we bought slightly longer screws to install the globe. We also purchased lights that say they will last 13 years, because you have to remove the whole globe to replace the lights. And I really am not looking forward to doing that again. The light once we got it up, looks very pretty. But if you get frustrated easily, I would not purchase this fan. Also there was no remote included. So i called the company and they are supposed to send me one.

Add more styrofoam for shipping

Beautiful crystal chandelier! The manufacturing company could sell more if they packed the item better (the base of the fan rubs up against the crystals and becomes scratched/dented upon arrival). I would recommend adding more styrofoam to protect the fan base. I bought two and one was more damaged than the other. Although mine was a little bit scratched, it is a beautiful addition to my sunroom!

Pretty but notice this..

Been using for a while. Pretty but you better put in led bulbs because replacing is difficult. You have to take the lighting fixture off, replace bulbs, them screw back into place. Bearings are starting to whine a bit too.

Beautiful but damaged.

I just bought a new condo and this fan is absolutely beautiful in my bedroom. My only issue with this fan is that when it came it was damaged and there were screws missing. It is difficult to get the crystal globe on and will be a bear to change the light bulbs. However, it is very beautiful.
