Pella Depot è un classico deposito di mattoni nordamericano che è l'aggiunta perfetta a qualsiasi scena di layout dell'era del vapore o del diesel. Tips from a pro

Let me start out by saying there are two kinds of train enthusiasts. The first just buys trains and structures for their kids and maybe themselves, to just plunk the cars down on the track and watch it run around in circles. The second is a more serious modeler and is into realism and the creation of a prototypical atmosphere akin to the real thing. I would place myself in the latter category and will base my review coming from that perspective. I gave this product 3 stars based on it's styling and appearance,, other then that it's a horse of a different color. First the walls are entirely to thin if you plan on interior lighting so I recommend that you paint the insides black so that the light doesn't shine right on through. The tabs that are built into the plastic panels for guidance are a major nuisance and I recommend that you cut them all off. I also would not even use the base. The proper way to build is to sand the bottom , top, and side edges off smooth by running each panel (like a wall) across a piece of sandpaper taped to a block or flat table to remove any burrs or irregularities. Make sure if there is an angle or bevel to sand at the same angle. Just a quick couple of strokes should do the job. Next,,glue the structure walls together using a piece of square block to align the walls correctly. Two sides first..let dry,,then add the rest. When I said don't use the base, that means you will have to cut the passengers platform off by scoring it with a xacto knife and snapping it off from the the base (not a big deal). Did I mention that everything should be spray or hand painted before assembly? I would use the plastic windows but forget the paper black blinds and just use the stain glass paper blinds by taping them on. Once the structures walls are done with the windows and other goodies intact..ie drain pipes eaves etc... place the structure inside the roof. This can be done by turning the finished roof upside down and fitting the structure inside,,(cut the three pesky moronic guidance tabs off the inside of the roof first) fitting it into the blank area inside the eaves. Next glue the structure face forward into the platform that you separated from the base. Make sure you have cut out the indentation where the front of the structures office (protrusion) should fit. Place the whole thing on either a cardboard or styrene base with a hole cut in the bottom for a small light. You should place the structure on the base and trace around the sides with a pencil so as to cut the exact size for the base...... Overall, the tabs that I say to cut off are a pain and are put there for amateurs. Your more likely to end up with a gooey mess! The walls are too thin and should be the size of say ,,a woodland scenics kit.

toller Bahnhof

ein wunderschöner Bahnhof, vor allem wenn mal mal etwas anders möchte als typisch urdeutsch. Wir nutzen dieses Gebäude als Bahnhof in einer Luxus Marina, wo er sich wunderschön ins Bild einfügt.

Great fit all round, panels fit well, no gaping holes, good flow to instructions so easy to build, plastic colours not bad as constructed, I did change some colours particularly the roof
