The Ultimate Summer Short
When it comes to summer, there are a few must-haves: sunscreen, a cold drink, and a pair of shorts that can handle any activity. Enter the Volcom Men's Vmonty Stretch Chino Short - the ultimate summer short. First off, these shorts are stretchy. Not like "I just ate a big meal" stretchy, but "I can do a cartwheel and not rip my pants" stretchy. So whether you're lounging on the beach or playing a game of pickup basketball, these shorts have got your back (and your legs). But it's not just about the stretch. These shorts also have all the features you need for a day in the sun. They have pockets (duh), a zipper fly (double duh), and a stylish design that says "I'm casual, but I still care about my appearance." Of course, like any product, there are some downsides. For one, the sizing can be a bit tricky, so make sure you double-check the size chart before ordering. And while the stretchiness is great, it does mean that the shorts can sometimes ride up a bit when you're moving around a lot. Overall, though, these shorts are a summer must-have. Not stretchy or slim
Dig some volcom shorts I found at the thrift store, and thought these would be similar. The leg holes are way bigger than the pictures here, the waist is a little tight, and the fabric has no stretch to it. What could be great lost its mojo at the fabrication shop, I think. Prolly gonna return

Very comfortable
Great shorts for the money. They sit right at my knee cap and I'm 6 feet tall. The stretch feature really is noticeable while sitting. Definitely more comfortable. They make a non stretch version but this version is a bit more comfortable when sitting.

Shorts
These shorts are everything shorts should be. They provide coverage for my upper thigh, lower thigh , but still don’t cover me knees. I couldn’t imagine a better pair of shorts. If you need something that can be called a pair of shorts that has pockets and doesn’t show the world what you bring to the table, Colvin has done their job. Cheers boys, and here’s to hoping you have many more triumphs in the world of men’s short pants.
