Does what it says
Seems to be a more universal design which is good, but not made in multiple sizes. Was looking for the shorter, Husky size one. Rim would need to be a little taller. This shield will fit on the Husky shield frame, but the framing is not stiff or tall enough. There are multiple ways to attack, I used electrical tape run thru the shield slots, the around the frame. Seems tight, should work well

It works.
While not specifically designed for my Stihl headgear, this face shield works after modifying the slots with a Dremel. This isn't the fault of the product. I just couldn't find a product that was designed to work with my headgear, but point being this item did the trick at a nice price point. It's also super easy to see through. Sometimes I forget I even have the face shield down. Can't say the same about my original Stihl face shield.

Fits Husqvarna chainsaw helmet with slight modification
Needed a replacement screen for my older Husqvarna chainsaw helmet, but no direct replacement available. Bought based on Amazon reviewer recommendation. After snapping the center section in place, I drilled two small holes in either end and threaded a small gauge nylon cable tie through each side to secure the ends. Worked great.

Good buy. I actually have a Pyramex brand head strap there4 the screen faceshield was a perfect fit as far as attachment. I like the screen too since it's a finer mesh than others I've seen/used in the past. This one I can probably get away with no safety glasses underneath while weedeating, but figure it's best not to take the chance. However I rated it 4 stars cuz it's a lil too short, better if it extended down 1.5"-2" further. It's actually at least an inch shorter than the clear plastic shield it came with when I first purchased the head strap so idk why this one is significantly shorter? Still happy I bought it though. Also it arrived promptly as well.

Fits my TR industrial hard hat perfectly
I have a TR Industrial hard hat and couldn't find a replacement for screen at Lowe's or Home Depot. I ordered this on faith. I thought if nothing else I might be able to make it fit. It went right on like it was designed for that brand. My ONLY complain is the USP service made the delivery and my carrier folded it making a crease. At first it appears to be a crack in the plastic at the bottom. I've finally gotten it straight enough to use but I hate USPS. My carrier has a chip on her shoulder. Poor thing pray for her. The trick to installing the screen is knowing those plastic locks swing both sides. If it doesn't fit just open the lock 180 degrees and try again. This screen is a bit shorter than the original. I've had a wood chip get under and hit my left eye. Clear safety glasses beneath the screen is advisable. This review is detailed. To many reviews have no information. To say, It works, or I like it is NOT a review. Guys, open up. Tell us What and Why. Men have a huge lack of communication skills. Your lady might appreciate it if you actually learn to talk instead of grunting and pointing. Most reviews are disappointing. Bones with no meat. Thanks

A bargain lens that offers a lot of value
After I received this, I realized I should have read the description more closely. It was only the lens, and did not include the head gear. So I ordered the head gear, (Pyrames HGBR Ridgeline Heargear with Ratchet). Both items were shipped immediately and arrived within a few days. Once I figured out how to attach the lens to the head gear, I was very much impressed with the quality and fit of the entire setup. The lens is extremely clear and the curvature gives you plenty of breathing room. The head gear has adjustments in virtually every direction. You can adjust the distance the lens is from you face, how high or low the entire rig sits on your head, etc. There is even a 3 position adjustment to set how far down the lens swings. If the lens holds up to sparks and grinding dust (which I expect it will), this will turn out to be a real bargain. My only "complaint" is that the listing should boldly display the fact that the head gear is not included. I say this not because I think they are trying to be deceptive, but because it would be nice to have known this so that I could have ordered the head gear at the same time.

Es el puro acrílico!
Ojo! Es el puro acrílico, pero esto lo vi al leer bien lo que decía en la descripción. Lo quería para un proyecto y es justamente lo que necesitaba, ojas de acrílico certificadas en ANSI Z87 y esta mica lo cumple a la perfección!
