Great tool for the price
For the price, this is an excellent buy. I bought it Wednesday, received it Friday and had the concrete chipped out Saturday. I couldn’t be happier. Why did I buy this? The price was comparable to having someone dig out the 3’x3’x18” concrete pad that city left behind when they cut out the post office box and moved it down the street. But buying it to DIY this allowed me have a tool to own rather than just paying someone to do it for me. Instruction manual is bad. Very small writing, poor broken English and ai found it just so much easier to YOUTUBE the info I needed. Like getting the right oil, because you must add oil prior to using and that is not included. Or how to replace bits. The tool casing gets hot quickly, but doesn’t seem to impart the function. Another reason to use nature the oil is filled correctly. The weather was about 60 degrees. So a hot summer day may affect this more than it did for me. I was chipping away 18” concrete. So it was a serious job. Took me about 3-4 hours given the tool’s capabilities. The 3600 version may be better given the slightly higher price, but it didn’t come with the 4 attachments. Which coke in handy to dig out a bit that gets “stuck” Tool vibration is a lot less than I expected. I have significant arthritis in my hands and was not overly bothered through the work. The throttle lock button on the trigger was awesome. I used it 99 % of the time. I wore inexpensive hearing protection and had zero issues with the sound of the concrete chipping and tool noise. The gloves were nice, but I doubt they will last more than one or two jobs like I did today. I used my sunglasses for eye protection because the included eye protection looked uncomfortable and was about the same or less protection than my oakleys. Productivity is good. But because it is a lower powered version, the optimal technique is the chip edges because this doesn’t really smash very well. So you can’t just put it in the center and have it obliterate the concreted. This is not that tool. That just gets your bit stuck. Hypothetically speaking of course. Pics show the pad I was taking out. The end result and the type of breakable bits I could break with this tool.

For the money ya can’t beat it. Breaks up 6 inch slab no problem.

effective light-weight jack hammer
I was pleased with the effectiveness of this tool to remove the concrete around a 4x4 fence post. MUCH less work than drilling and chiseling!

Upon further review.....
Looking for a solution to digging holes for my wife's plants at our new home. Hard, firm clay. Tried a post hole digger and it just shaved clay. Thought about idea of a jack hammer and wondered if that was not too far out of the box. Then read a review by lady in New Mexico I think with same issue. Husband got this product and has been digging ever since. So I decided to give it a try. Bingo. Dug into the clay with the wide shovel like a knife on warm butter. Dug enough holes and loosed the dirt to keep my wife happy for a while. Do not know how well it would work on concrete, but for our needs it is tops. Update January 7, 2023. The jack hammer worked fine - until the pin that holds the tools in broke. Should be no problem - has a year warranty. In late fall, I went to the Vevor website and entered information for an issue. No answer. So December 29, I called the toll free number on the website. After a period, spoke with Karla R (evidently a third party vendor that responds to calls). She was quite nice. Requested my order information and a picture of the broken pin via text. I sent her the information and she texted back that she had received and the manufacturer would contact me via email the next morning. No email next morning. I text her back and advised no email. She responded that she sent another message to manufacture and I should hear back next morning. No email. I advised her of such. On January 2, she sent text saying "allow me to reach out and send a 2nd follow up request, I apologize for the delay on Vevors end. I have reached out to them please check your emails no later than tomorrow. " Five days later and still no response from Vevor. So if you decide to purchase this, looks like one cannot figure on any support from Vevor after the sale.

Worth the money!
Worth the money for sure. I’m a plumbing contractor and have to use a jack hammer every now and then and it cost me a 110 dollars every time I rent one. This one did just as good a job, actually better honestly, than the 35lb hilti from United rentals.

Great for home use
This hammer did a great job on the concrete block, filled with poured concrete, in the photos. We used it for about 10 hours and it held up fine. It broke both the the concrete block and the chunks of poured concrete very well. Two tips: 1) Work the edges of the project. If you get too aggressive and decide to just attack the middle the bit can get stuck. However, no big problem as they give you an extra pointed bit. All you have to do is take the hammer off of the stuck bit, put on the new bit and free the first one up. 2) It needs #46 hydraulic oil which does NOT come with the package and which is NOT already in the hammer. So you have to get it before you can use the hammer. I went to Home Depot, Lowes and three auto parts stores to find some. So you might want to consider ordering it at the same time as the hammer. Finally, the instructions are absolutely worthless! Do a search for the product on youtube and there are some videos on using it. One of those videos questions the potential durability of this hammer. All I can say is that we used it pretty hard for about 10 hours and it worked great and did not fail. So if you need it for a specific project it is probably just the thing for the price. Overall, very satisfied.

Falta de seguridad en la entrega
Es un producto caro y el hecho que lo entreguen en una casa distinta es para desconfiar de la paqueteria, la direccion estaba correcta no entiendo porque lo fueron a entregar a varias casas de distancia, el estatus sigue como enviado y del vendedor ni sus luces, varios dias despues la persona que lo recibio me lo entrego, por suerte me toco una persona honrada, pensare dos veces antes de comprar productos que sean entregados por paqueteria externa..

Don't Buy! Stopped Working After 2 Months
After 2 months and 2 weeks of occasional use it stopped working. Just past the Amazon return period. Yes it's cheaper than the big name brand alternatives, but like always, you get what you pay for.
