My wife is thrilled with this latest Vera Bradley offering, matching this charming little Vera Bradley Straw Mini Backpack Purse with another, larger, Vera Bradley beach bag she recently grabbed. We used the larger V.B. bag on our recent trip, but did not have the opportunity to include this Vera Bradley Straw Mini Backpack Purse, so we do not know how well they work together... per se. But my wife is already planning all the ways she will take them together because they look so great together - this past trip came up just as she got this one and did not have time to include it in her plans and we did not have anything planned for which it might be appropriate. But in her opinion, these two are going to be great together - so do check out that other Vera Bradley - and thinks they are perfectly designed for days at the pool with evenings out, or seaside trips where both can stand out great in those settings. In fact, one of the reasons she grabbed this was that she had gotten the beach bag and this appeared to go so well together she knew she'd get even more use out of both. Note the ever so slight difference - this one looks great in person, but note the coloring of the straps are different - yet they look amazing together. The materials are the same, the patterns the same, the set up similar, and the matching excellent. The coral pattern is beautiful and she loves how it looks both casual and dressy - again, something for the pool or out for the night. We live in a warm weather state and nights at the beach are common, so having this "set" is perfect for her needs. The coral pattern is really lovely and she loves how it looks with her beauty outfits. It is a smaller bag, that sits in the middle of her back, with a backpack option - but she thinks she'd more likely carry it, though again, likes the option. In this case, the outside is the lighter color and inside darker - but the patterns work well together and she can easily find what she's looking for within.
