The wheels suck
I requested a replacement and I had the same issue with the wheels. It's a decent machine. So, I'm gonna keep it but I had to come up with a solution to keep the wheels on. I wrapped some jewelry wire and glue around it. Let it dry then put the hubcap on it. Original Review: It has good suction power. However every time I tried to use it the wheels fell off. I took the hubcaps off several times to fix it. Until I was fed up and glued the hook to the washer with weldbond glue in hopes they would not come out. Before gluing the hooks to the washers I couldn't roll the machine to another room without the wheels falling off. After glueing I was able to roll back and forth. I was cleaning a septic backup so I was back and forth. The wheels did not fall off... The next day, moved the machine and the wheels were loose Ugh. I had to clean up a mess so I couldn't bother with fixing it. I only had one small room to clean so I figured they would last. Lol, I pulled the hose to vacuum the water up and the dang wheel came off. The machine was leaning and the water was coming from the side or bottom. At this point I just started ???? crying because I wanted to cuss and kiçk the machine. .on top of that the hose and suction adapter for wet vac is not comfortable to use. I have to keep adjusting it. I watched so many reviews on this expecting it to be good. But this isn't working for me. I thought I got a good deal but this is too much work. And very frustrating. I couldn't find a link to contact the store. I always have that issue on Amazon. So it's not the stores fault. But as much as I want to like this and keep it. I will have to send it back. Maybe this is just a bad machine. Idk...but I swear it will give me HBP and grey hairs.

Exactly what I needed.
This vacuum will amaze you. This is a great vacuum and a shampooing machine. It doesn’t have a large diameter hose because of the water extraction feature, but it is great for small projects and mostly dust or small wood chips and such. As for the shampooing feature, this is where it shines, great is the rating I give it.

Works as advertised. Wheels fall off without modification.
I bought this to give my upholstery a proper cleaning after a couple of pet accidents. It works for my purposes, but it would not be a good replacement for a carpet cleaner if you need to use it regularly or on a larger area. It was pretty simple to put together, but beware: The pins that holds the two large wheels on the axle will drop right out unless you do something to keep them in place. I tried squeezing it with pliers, but that didn't work so I ended up wrapping some thin wire around it to keep it from falling out. The worst part is that there is a snap-in hubcap that covers the end of the axle, so when the wheel falls off you have to pry the thing apart to get it together again. I also don't really like the wireless vacuum and spray controls - would have preferred a trigger over the tiny buttons. Or at least larger buttons. Finally, as other reviewers have mentioned, the width of the spray doesn't come anywhere near the edge of the suction tool and isn't adjustable, so it requires about twice as many passes as a more professional machine.

Get the VK809PWR 0201 model - and some tips
When I purchased this there were three options. Choose the model in the title because is has wands with stronger construction and a larger 1.5 gallon solution tank. My Vac came with a discharged battery in the wireless remote control in the wand handle. (the 12 volt battery measured 8 volts). I couldn’t get the wand to pair with the vacuum head unit but installing a new battery fixed that problem. Some have complained that the vacuum motor fails quickly on this Vac. Mine is too new to judge that. However, if the vacuum motor gets wet during operation, you can expect it to have a short life as the motor bearings will loose their lubrication when west and cause the motor to burn out. To keep the motor dry: 1) make sure the foam sleeve is tightly secured on the filter cage with no open gaps. Don’t use a ripped or loose foam sleeve. 2) remove the foam sleeve after each use to keep it from stretching out and becoming loose while in storage. 3) Do. NOT use high foaming/sudsing solutions. Only use carpet/upholstery solutions designed for water extraction machines since they all are low foam formulas. Also don’t use high foaming aerosol upholstery spot sprays. The high foaming solutions can get past the foam sleeve in the vac and get the motor completely wet while in operation which again, destroys the motor. 4) I don’t let the 8 gallon extracted water tank fill up until the float stops the suction. I believe there is more chance of the motor getting wet when the water level rises inside the foam sleeve. I drain the extracted water tank each time I refill the solution tank. 3) When done, don’t let the Vac sit there for extended lengths of time wet and full of extracted water. That high humidity condition isn’t good for the motor. Remove the vac head and empty the tanks. Remove the foam sleeve. Inspect the vac area inside the sleeve cage near the vac motor to make sure it is not wet. If it is wet, you did something wrong.

Funciona bien pero
Ya he usado el equipo por varias semanas limpiado la sala y el interior del auto, y hasta un colchón y todo bien pero siento que la fuerza con la que sale el agua no es muy buena, por la construcción de la manguera siento que no hay un buen movimiento o manipulación provocando tener que hacer por momentos algo de fuerza, en general el equipo cumple su propósito, eso si tengan cuidado de no torcer la pequeña manguera donde circula el agua, y en mi caso el seguro de la llantas traseras no funciono bien y a cada rato se soltaban, les recomiendo no batallar y sustituir el seguro que trae por un pedacito de alambre recocido y listo ya no sufrirán que se les suelten las llantas si es que les pasa como a mi

Aspira bien tiene buena fuerza de succion pero se me descompuso rapido solo un dia me aguanto y ya no encendio
