Fine industrial-quality sprayer.
Solid & dependable. So far I've used it for 2 jobs -- applying Thompson's Water Sealer to about 1200 sq feet of concrete, and separately, applying about 2 gallons of RoundUp herbicide to various weeds. Works fine in both cases. Even with 3 to 3.5 gallons of liquid in it, it is not difficult for a man in ordinary shape to carry around (by the solid metal handle, locked onto a solid metal collar) while using the sprayer. Functionally this device is 5 stars - the only reason I gave it 4 is that the included plastic holster for the spray gun is flimsy and under-designed. It works, but just barely. If it was 3 times thicker & stiffer it would match the rest of the build quality but as it is it seems like an afterthought. Some hints for use & for longevity: 1) If a consistent, even spray pattern is important for your job, be sure to keep the pressure quite high. As soon as the pressure drops below ~75% I found that the 1 edge of the "fan" spray started to get dribbles & heavier coverage. 2) The user manual says "remove pump & store unit upside down when not in use." You really do have to do that to get it to dry out. Even a few drops of water way down in the bottom will stay there for days or weeks, unless you live in a desert climate. This steel tank is "triple poly lined" but as everyone knows, water + plain steel, even coated plain steel, is no bueno in the long run. 3) What the manual doesn't mention is that in order to get all the water out of the feed pipe & hose, it's best to remove the pump assembly, invert the unit, & hang the hose & gun below the level of the upside down tank, and hold down the trigger until everything drains out. Otherwise the several tablespoons of liquid trapped in the feed tube & possibly the spray hose slowly dribble into the tank over days & weeks, keeping everything damp inside. 4) What I do to greatly accelerate & complete the drying process: After a 1st (or 2nd) rinse & spray-out with water & a bit of soap, I do a final rinse with about 2 cups of 90% isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. I'm sure 70% would work fine too. This evaporates much more easily & quickly than water & leaves everything bone dry. Paint thinner could also work but I don't use that as it may tend to leave residues or oils in the tank / tubing that I don't want in there.

Good product for paver sealing, not much out there otherwise
But, after several days of repeating coats it clogged, even though I put a 1/2 gallon of mineral spirits though it each time I cleaned it to put it away, returned it.

Works very well.
Used it to seal my driveway and I used a water based sealer instead of the resin based sealer which was double the price and through my experience in the past. The resin based sealer didn't seem to last much longer on my driveway than the water based. But, this will be different from person to person. The plastic holder is very loose and come off with the slightest movement. Other than that the unit itself is easy to use and works very well. Just make sure to clean it thoroughly after using it. I used acetone to clean mine out and then a good rinse with water in the tank and the wand. Only time will tell how long this sprayer will last but, it should definitely last for many years to come as long as it's cleaned after each use.

I would NOT buy it again.
2-3 Stars because : I purchased the Tri-Poxy Extreme thinking it was the best on the market for what I needed “paver sealing”.. pressure washing pretreatment etc.. after researching for days.. It shipped fast! Upon receiving, I opened immediately, like a big kid with a new toy! Excited to add this to my business tools as something reliable. BUT: First, The upper part inside of the tank was not fully covered with the “protective coating” & I’m willing to bet, that will be the first place I see rust/corrosion. When I rinsed it, I saw red flakes like the coating didn’t adhere either, and all I used was water to check to make sure it works. 2nd, the plastic holder is supper flimsy and doesn’t hold the “pistol style” wand that it came with ????‍♂️ Plus the tips are a BEAR to get out of the holder, had to use a flat head and pry it out, meanwhile the holder was flopping around like paper in the wind. For the price I paid you’d think a pump up sprayer would be better checked for complete coverage & adhesion of the “tri-poxy” coating since that’s One of the key ingredientS besides the Viton seals, Brass etc, and offer a sturdy holder, because the only thing “extreme”was the lack of protective coating coverage and the extremely cheap holder. Lastly, the spray pattern on the fan nozzle leaves heavy edges, regardless of viscosity, and how much pressure you pump it up to.. best way is to keep the pressure high, and back roll if spraying sealer.. However, I paid and received my item in good condition, it’s works and I guess I’ll know not to spend this much on a pump up prayer again. The quality doesn’t match the price imo, at all... and I’m a very easy going, “get it done with what you have” kind of guy. So my review is just truth of this product.

Highly Recommended
My brother-in-law lent me his Chapin Xtreme Sprayer (Model #19049) for the weekend. Suffice to say, I was quite impressed with it and so I decided to buy my own (Model #19249). However, you do have to take care of these tri-poxy-coated tanks. The coating will deteriorate/flake off and the tank will then rust if you don't maintain it properly. I would HIGHLY recommend storing the tank inverted so that it dries completely. Something I didn't quite care for was the spray wand holster. I appears flimsy, but it remained perfectly intact on my bro-in-law's tank, despite several years of use. Keep in mind, Model #19249 is equipped with the straight-shaft wand and comfort-grip handle. The holster is primarily designed to retain the curved-style spray wand, but you can still hang the straight-shaft wand on the holster's hook. In my case, I don't plan to use the holster much, as the tank will remain inverted during storage. Overall, if you take proper care of this sprayer, it should last you a very long time.

Great sprayer
Heavy duty. Certainly seemed like overkill for the purpose it was purchased for but needed the chemical resistance this product offered. Pressurizes easily, holds pressure well, sprays evenly, doesn't drip when not spraying. (used for sealing new concrete walkway & patio). If this meets your needs it does the job. Recommended.

Exceeded my expectations
Heavy duty unit. I use it for winterizing trailers. I liked that the wand attachment is a threaded brass fitting, which made it easy to convert hose for trailer hookup. I had contacted the manufacturer to discuss the type of seals I would need for anti-freeze and they were quick to respond.
