Works great...just what I was looking for!
Acu-Life 360 therapy brace works great. Had ankle surgery with plates and screws and lots of swelling. It puts the cold right where I need it, and it’s comfortable and low profile. Doesn’t stay cold as long as some cold packs I’ve used, but stays cold up to 30 minutes which is Plenty of time for me.

These are the best and the most versatile ice/heat packs on the market. I know, I've tried many others! This fits hand, ankle, knee, elbow and it has been a godsend for arthritis and minor injuries. I have two, and I have recommended them to my friends who also find them extremely efficient at alleviating pain and swelling.

Just okay
Good idea, just didn't stay cold long enough. Would loved to have separate insert(s), one to freeze when cold therapy is needed and one to microwave for heat therapy.

You don't have to look any further! First Impression: It's versatile, really straightforward, and true to its word. I am going through Physical Therapy and I requested this brace after searching so many listing for something that would help my ankle and also my knee, as I didn't want to have multiple items and instead prefered an innovative multi-purpose design. My original search words were "cold compression wrap" and too few quality reviewed products were available. I found this listing though for The 360 Therapy Brace and it fit all my criteria for what I needed to relieve my pain: Had a simple and adjustable design Could be used for my ankle and knee Could be used for cold therapy (And because it is gel it Doubled as a heat pad!) I followed the directions to the letter and this product performed exactly as advertised. Hot: It advertises that it should be warm, not hot, to prevent injury. It heats up in 5 second intervals with a minutes rest in between, follow that! I did as the instructions said, heated it up once for 10 seconds, then flipped it and after a minutes wait heated it up for 5 seconds. That doesnt sound like a lot of time and though it was just warm to my hand, once applied and wrapped to my knee the gels tempature could be felt A LOT better against the skin of my knee than what tempature my hand had felt. Cold: I have a wrap from a different company that needs water to be applied to it and then frozen, I didn't realize how preferable the gel in the 360 Therapy Brace was instead! After freezing it I applied it directly to my skin. Whew! The cold was not uncomfortable and The 360 Brace does not leave my skin damp like other wraps. It stayed cold and gave the compresion I needed for the R.I.C.E method (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation.) P.S. The only thing missing when on R.I.C.E was the elevation. Before testing this product I purchased a bed wedge from a different company, now that I have experienced this 360 Therapy Wrap and the professionalism and ease of customer service from Health Enterprises I wish I had ordered their Compressed Premium Foam Cushion Bed Wedge (24X20X8) instead.
