Out of the box the wheels didn’t spin properly. Just returned the set because that would make me crazy and didn’t want to try another one thinking these were just poor quality.

Do not waste your money.

I would return this if I could! One trip proved that this set is a piece of crap. Used the middle size...the worst part is the cheap wheels which do NOT maneuver well or glide easily. I literally have sore arms from pushing it. If you want a suitcase that is equivalent to the worst grocery store cart, go for it. Otherwise spend a bit more for a decent suitcase.

Wheels are not very good.

You cant roll any of 3 pieces the way you should be able to. Not sure of its just my set, or if they're all like that. I like how spacious they are and all the different pockets. The color is beautiful. I just wish that they would roll on the 4 wheels like its supposed to

Reliability is unmatched

I have had this luggage (just the checked luggage) for 8 years (since 2014) and its is only just breaking apart around the seams closest to the wheel; the fabric is fraying out. This after travelling at least 4 times a year since 2014. Needless to say I am definitely going to repurchase this. Excellent buy
