worth it but beware of assembling

okay so, i definitely think it’s worth it to get this cat tree i think the only downside to this is the lack of instructions for assembling this. another downside i would say is the quality of the scratching posts, the touch feels very rough and i’ve felt/ seen better quality scratching posts. it’s pretty much common sense on how to assemble this but a more in depth instructions guide would have made this so much faster and easier. before i bought this cat tree i was looking at the reviews and i remember someone’s review saying that it’s better to build from top to bottom and i completely agree, it’s better to just build from top to bottom and them just flip it once you’ve fully assembled the tree. also, this is something you can completely build on your own, you don’t need an extra person/people but it probably would go by way faster if you had help from others even so, it only took me like an hour maybe less than an hour to finish.

Great for my 16-year-old chonker

This cat tree is almost perfect for my slightly overweight senior cat. It took her a few days to get used to climbing it, but the stairs make it much easier for her to get to the top than other trees that would force her to jump up. She spends hours in the bucket seat a day. The main issue I had with it is the material is too slick for her weak legs, and she kept slipping on the stairs. If anyone has a similar issue with their cat, I bought some adhesive carpet squares and cut them to fit the steps, and she has had no issues with the tree since I stuck them on.

Cute and functional. Smaller footprint.

We really like that this condo offered everything our kitties love but has a smaller footprint. Great for small spaces. Not great for large cats though. Our only issue is that I believe the wrong size screws were included and in the bottom bed as well as the the large middle platform they stick out almost two inches which isn’t safe or comfortable for the cat. We’re going to try to cut the screws to make it safe so hoping that will work. Other than this issue, we really like it.

Cats love it but it sheds

This product is just the right size and weight. It has great features that our cats love and I'm very appreciative of all the scratching post surfaces with real sisal rather than the new sisal-like stuff I've been seeing a lot of that my cats don't really like. Downsides are that this product came missing a few parts - the seller did take care of but didn't ship overnight to match the Amazon quick shipping that I have - the assembly wasn't easy but it's wasn't impossible, and finally the worst so far is that as the kittens are playing on this thing I have shedding material from the cat post all over my floors. I'm hoping it stops shedding soon.

You have to assemble this unit from the TOP DOWN.

Great unit for an older cat because of the stairs. The note saying that you have to assemble this unit from the TOP DOWN should be in LARGE PRINT at the top of the instructions!

Well made condo, but a bit on the small side, best for smaller cats

Pros: Well made with all exposed surfaces covered it fabric (unlike some which have exposed wood) so it looks very nice in our living room, many places to scratch and lay (cats love scratching all over it) , easy to assemble Cons: a bit on the small side, would be best for small cats under 10 lbs or kittens, wobbles some with the cats on it, ideally if the tube section was about 4" larger in diameter it would make it more stable and the cats would go in it more, our 10 lb and 11 lb cats have been reluctant to go in the holes (but do go in holes in a larger tubular cat house we have for them), top bed is most enjoyed by our smaller cat Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the cats are using it.

Senior Diabetic Cat loves it

My senior boy has diabetes and this leaves him pretty weak and unable to jump to high places. (No worries, I work at a vet clinic to keep him healthy. He drools when he’s happy) the stairs are perfect and he now loves to sleep on the top bed. He doesn’t use the basket part, but I’m sure it’ll be used in the late late future. I expect this to last us a long time as he doesn’t scratch on it (weak elbows) Thank you for having something with stairs for older cats!!!

Super cute!

The bottom part was quite tricky to put together by yourself so if possible have two people help with that but over all my Mooshy loves it. Added a scratching board and a puffy as well to make it her own and she loves the scratching board on it a lot. Def recommend. She looooves the hammock the most, super cute and a very pleasing color.

Trixie Scratching Post

Very sturdy,well made product. Alvin loves it would recommend this highly. Had other cat tree's before but not as sturdy as this. Only issue I would say was the instructions are a bit vague. We had to put together upside down, going top to bottom.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Da hier wohl verschiedene Kratzbäume bewertet werden, schreibe ich mal dazu, für welchen meine Bewertung gilt. Es handelt sich um den Kratzbaum Falco (117 cm hoch, Trixie Nr. 44416). Der Kratzbaum wurde schnell geliefert. Beim Aufbau konnten wir keine unangenehmen Gerüche feststellen (wie hier von einigen zu lesen ist). Der Aufbau ist einfach und schnell erledigt. Der Kratzbaum steht sehr stabil und macht insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck. An unserem Exemplar gibt es nichts auszusetzen, was die Qualität angeht. Hier finden wir, passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Schon beim Aufbau war unser junger Kater sehr interessiert und wollte sein neues "Domizil" gleich beziehen. Sprich: Er hat den Kratzbaum sofort angenommen und liebt es, darin rumzutoben und fordert uns ständig auf, mit ihm "Verstecke" darin zu spielen. Zum Schlafen nutzt er ihn allerdings nicht. Alles in allem sind wir von diesem Kratzbaum überzeugt, da er wie schon geschrieben qualitativ (unser Modell zumindest) hochwertig ist und dazu noch wunderschön aussieht! Von uns also eine volle Kaufempfehlung!!

Hier bekommt man Leistung für den Preis.

Der Baum ist wertig verarbeitet und der Stamm ist etwas dicker als der Standard. Die Tonne ist ringsum mit Sisal bespannt. Bei uns ist auch hier alles gut verarbeitet. Die Liegefläche ist ein wenig gepolstert und alles ist flauschig überzogen. Der Aufbau war einfach und alleine gut zu machen. Nach 20 min war alles fertig. Er ist stabil und wackelt durch die große Bodenfläche nicht. Was noch zu erwähnen ist, das man das Nästchen auch abnehmen kann. Es wird nur über die Platte gezogen. Wir und die 2 Miezen sind voll zufrieden. Die Lieferung kam wie gewohnt zuverlässig über Prime.
