Excellent Product

I purchased this because I am getting a new kitchen floor and backsplash. I wanted to try to keep the dust to a minimum inside my cabinets and house. I decided to paint my kitchen first and used this to protect my cabinets. I can’t believe how great it worked. I don’t know how I ever painted without it. Excellent product!! I give it a 10!!!

Helps with Construction Mess

We did some renovations at our home and this came in handy containing the dust from traveling to the rest of our home. It is super thin so my cat would occasionally make holes in it but no biggie ????

Perfect for toddler feeding

Updated review** Ok so the description says this stuff is 4ft wide…am I missing something? Am I not opening it up correctly? I don’t see instructions or anything for that. My pic shows that it’s not even 2 ft wide. I have to double it up to cover underneath my son’s high chair. I’m obsessed with this stuff. I stumbled across this while looking for a disposable mat to put under my food throwing toddler’s high chair. It’s so easy to use and you get like 10 times the amount of those precut disposable mats made for (or marketed for) putting under high chairs for the same price and you can cut your own length since it comes in a roll!

Protect all your belongings during painting and renovation projects :)

This is a must for protecting items in your house during renovations and painting! ~Before~ you start your DIY project, buy this plastic and cover everything you want to keep clean! :) We're re-doing the electrical wiring in our entire house. We are pulling off the drywall on all of our exterior walls so there is lot of drywall dust everywhere! Drywall dust is very fine and coats everything :( On darker items, like Playstation, TV, etc. you can see the dust. On other items you can't see the dust, but if you wipe it with a rag you'll find out that yep, it was covered in drywall dust too. This wrap is great! The roll comes in a rectangular box with a slit on top so you can easily pull out the plastic. The roll contains a lot of plastic so I recommend using very large pieces--this is much better than ending up with a piece of plastic that doesn't completely cover your furniture or electronics. The plastic cuts easily with regular scissors. After you have the piece of plastic you have to unfold it. The plastic is very fine, so grasping the end and pulling the plastic apart is probably the hardest part--but even this is simple. Luckily the plastic is very clingy and easily adheres to everything we've put it over: TV, table, couch, dresser, etc. The plastic is easy to pull back when you need to access an object underneath, and then when you're done it goes right back as a protective covering. On a few items that didn't need to be completely covered, I used painter's tape to make sure the plastic stays in place and the tape adhered to the plastic just fine. The plastic is very thin and lightweight, but no rips or tears so far. We will definitely use this plastic for any future remodeling projects or painting! :)

Could’ve been great

I was really excited about this cling cover! I like that I was able to cut to size and hire the cling made everything so easy!! But it seems I got a bad batch because after a few perfect pieces, everything else came out with pre-existing cuts! It was like wolverine himself had packaged the roll. Additionally, there was a seam where the plastic was stuck together and separating it only created more holes. At this point, trying to use the plastic has become so tedious it wasn’t even worth my time. I opened up one piece and you would’ve thought I was making cuts like how they do when creating a decorative string of snowflakes. Needless to say I was super disappointed and felt cheated out of my money.

Clings to some surfaces better than others.

It works fairly well. You still have to tape it off though, bc if the wind blows on it. It comes off. But, it's still better than using the other plastic coverage products.

One of the best items we have ever purchased on Amazon!!!!!

This is the greatest product.! My husband and I are in the process of having our hardwood floors refinished. The sanding part of that process can cause the biggest mess with dust all over everything - walls, cabinets, furniture, etc. We decided to try the Cling Cover plastic sheeting to protect the inside of our home. It worked great! It is so easy to use and apply. We covered everything! The sheeting is very wide and lightweight, which we love. It easily covered our furniture, from beds, dressers, couches, chairs, plants, our fireplace and more. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend this product. It’s is so worth the price. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!!!

Great find

This stuff was great. A little learning curve as you pull out the plastic and unfold it. Does need slight attachment to a wall but the rest of it will cling - very cool. Worth the money and works great for keeping clean. Also light weight enough for cleanup.

Very good and inexpensive

This is a very good product at an excellent price. It clings to the covered surface; you do not need any scotch tape! Perfect for renovation, house painting, etc.

Good for reducing dust

This was great to use while doing renovations. It helps reduce dust and keep the mess contained. The plastic is very thin and clings to the wall easily. Very easy to install and use. I’ve had contractors comment how great it was too!
