Lightweight, slim and perfect for organization!!!

I absolutely love this wallet! I am a very organized neat freak and this wallet is perfect for keeping things in order! But what I really likes is how light the wallet is and how slim it feels to hold. I transferred the same amount of stuff into this new wallet and it just feels so much better than my old leather wallet. Each card slot holder comfortably holds 2 cards per slot, because who among us doesnt have at least 8 cards? But if you need more room there is the area in front of the card slots. Also there is an area behind the card slots for dollar bills on one side and perhaps a check book or receipts on the other side. I am a true downsizer when it comes to carrying heavy items in my purse, I do a mini travel lotion bottle, dont keep alot of heavy coins in my wallet etc. All this excess weight adds up and makes carrying a heavy purse a burden. Especially on long shopping excursions. Im not sure if the RFID really secures the credit card info from getting hacked but I tend to trust the Travelon brand. It has been in the industry for quite awhile and any top name luggage store carries Travelon accessories.

a tad small and tight, but otherwise good for the price

I'm a tri-fold man and I like my credit card slots facing inward so this doesn't leave many choices, particularly with a RFID security wallet. I can confirm that RFID blocking completely works. I have to card into work every day and I must open a fold of the wallet to do it. It's an easy motion, just slip it out of my pocket and flip it open with my index finger and hold it up to the reader. I purchased this wallet after my credit card company sent me a new card that had a RFID chip embedded in the card. I didn't ask for a card with a chip and was concerned that someone could steal my card information. This wallet is piece of mind. My only complaints are that I'd like to have a divider where my bills go and it would be nice if the card slots were not quite as tight. The inward facing slots make overly tight slots unnecessary. It's not so much of a problem that I haven't continued to use it for over a year now and it's holding up great.

This is my second wallet, though it was identical to the one I purchased 4 years ago. The design has changed, not for the better IMHO. A single credit card takes a real effort to get in and out of the slot, even after using it for over 1 month, this still remains an issue. I believe it's due to the non-leather slots vs my old wallet having leather slots.

Outstanding!

This wallet lives up to what it says. It seems to block RFID quite well, even better than I expected, and better yet the real leather makes it look just like any other wallet. It doesn't hold much, but that isn't much of a problem for me. There are six slots for cards, then one clear slot for an ID or anything else that you could find to put there, not to mention the bill slot. If you're looking for a nice clean wallet that protects from RFID hackers, then this is the way to go. **EDIT** I recently lost my wallet, retraced my steps, and realized where it was. It had fallen out of my lap when I got out of my truck at home. So, when I left, and came back to the house I had actually ran over it twice before I noticed where it was, because I back in and don't see much of the ground. The wallet is in perfect shape. I drive a mid size truck with 33" off road tires, just to give an idea of what the wallet went through.

Great Wallet!

I purchased this RFID wallet for my husband. He occasionally has to travel on business and has been concerned about the security of his credit cards. There are quite a few types of RFID wallets on the market now. This, however, is the only trifold one I was able to locate. What my husband especially likes is that there's a see-through compartment for his driver's license. That saves time since he doesn't have to dig it out. It also has several compartments for credit cards, and a long section for bills. Most RFID wallets I looked at had very little space for credit cards. This one seems to provide more than most, yet it folds up very compactly. As to construction, it appears quite sturdy and attractive. Like other RFID products, the texture is smooth and light. Because it's a little smaller overall than a regular trifold wallet, my husband does not use it as his everyday wallet. However, he has used it for travel and has said that he really likes it.

I had one of these for about 4 years. Like others have said the card slots are a little small, and those finally ripped out. It held up well otherwise, so I got another. The second one ripped the very first time I tried to put a credit card into one of the slots. Good thing there's a clear window for the driver's license, because once it's in there getting it out can be a real ordeal. On the plus side, I got one of the little RFID chips we implant in animals, folded it into the center of the wallet, then tried to scan it with the reader right up against the wallet. No go. Could not read it. So that feature works great. The card slots just need to be a squige larger.

Could have been better

I am very disappointed that it doesn't have a velco strap to keep it closed. As soon as you put a single credit card in one of its slots, it flops open like a dead fish. The wallet is very tight, even empty! What's the point of having a RFID wallet if you can't keep it closed?? I don't care how rugged it looks. Poor design point. And it's not simply because the wallet is new. My old wallet is 4 1/2" wide. Very comfitable size. This wallet is only 4" wide. Very tight fit. The slots are also very tight for credit cards. You have to struggle to rip them out. Unfortunately, I can't find a matching RFID trifold wallet on the market. There should be a lot more out there!

Not really a very good product anymore. Used to be.

I bought a Travelon RFID Blocking Tri-Fold Wallet from this Amazon page in April 2014, which was a reasonably attractive, good quality leather wallet with the shielding, and which has lasted me all the years since in daily use. The new wallet just received is not the same product, although from the same product page. The new wallet is neither very attractive, nor leather, nor particularly good quality -- nor does it match the current product photographs at the top of the Amazon page which show the old leather wallet. The wallet is now made from polyester fabric, more flimsily sewn I think, with only a narrow ornamental leather strip along the outside bottom edge, in order to still be able to say "leather." It really doesn't look to me like the seams will last more than a few months at the wear points. I notice other reviewers have had the same or similar experience with a second purchase of this wallet after a number of years. My seven-year-old leather Travelon wallet has only had the leading edge of one credit card pocket recently fray, so I think I'll keep using that one.

Plenty of room for license, credit and bank cards

I dunno what the other reviewer was complaining about. My Ontario license and health card and bank and credit cards fit perfectly in the slots. The only reason I subtracted a star was because it won't fit a standard business card in the slots. Then again not a dealbreaker because the business cards fit with room to spare inside the actual money compartment. I haven't tested the RFID blocking yet but I will try that out later this week at Tim Horton's. It seems to be very well constructed. All in all, I'd have to say I recommend it without reservation.

Credit cards are not fitting in the wallet (Slots too small)

This is very deceiving, The wallet is too small to fit the credit card in the designated slots. They don't slide in all the way and when inserted, they cannot be taken out. (Visa, Amex, Master Card) I am very disappointed, I have wasted my money on this product
