Maybe for traveling - but NOT for documents...

Samsonite travel document holder. I'd think that Samsonite knows a thing or two about travel. Document holder is well made and durable. However, it is NOT well designed and is practically unusable. Perfect form, until you actually put a document in it.... ANY Document. Folded paper 8.5"x11" is too long. Interior pockets are narrower than a US Passport. There are spaces when passports can be stuffed. One passport prevents the holder from closing anywhere near flat. Two passports and travel docs... car rental paperwork, airline confirmations? Now impossible to close. Certainly not handy passport access. Once boarding passes are in-hand...documents will have to be discarded to make room for them. No way this closes anywhere near flat until empty. A clap or closure might have helped. I'll try weighting when full, to see if material 'stretches' enough to make any difference. Again. Quality, but poor design... not cheap either.

Pretty good Travel Wallet

I've been looking everywhere for a nice passport wallet that holds two passports + credit cards, bills and travel documents such as boarding passes and train tickets. Though this travel wallet feels nice and the overall quality is good (which is expected from Samsonite), I will continue my search. I have managed to insert my second passport in the right flap (where the boarding passes are in the Amazon picture) and have put about 6 cards in the front part but now it doesn't close all the way. However, if you have one passport and don't plan on putting more than 5 cards, I think you will like this particular one. UPDATE: After a few months of usage, the wallet still looks good. I hoped that it would loosen up a bit but it didn't. I find it a little hard to remove my cards from the front and I'm still facing the issue where my second passport keeps sliding to towards the middle of the wallet when open. So if you have two passports, I wouldn't recommend this one. I personally use one from Austin House and love it (www.amazon.com/Austin-House-Luggage-Passport-Cover/dp/B008HYWU1S). Perfect for organized traveling

I use this every time I travel now. It holds absolutely everything you need, and it can fit in a front jeans pocket (of a 6' tall man) if you squeeze it in. I love to put my boarding pass in so I can have everything in one place. Also, it seems pretty durable, as I've been pretty rough on it and there are no signs of damage at all. My only complaint is that it is not quite long enough to fit an entire boarding pass in to, to the end can get bent. This isn't that big of an issue, and I think if it was an longer, it would be too awkward to carry around.

I bought this item coz I travel a lot. Across continents. The biggest trouble I have had over the years is with keeping my passport, tickets and other impoprtant cards in one place. Since you need them all on you and at the same time, you have to take them off you for security clearance. So, amidst all the hurry and confusion at the airport/terminals one can miss out on any of the important stuff I mentioned above. This wallet organises your itinerary really well. Makes it easy to remove any important paper/print/card/booklet pretty easily and helps you stay carefree.

Better than Expected Quality / Great for Simple Travel

I bought this for my bf as a gift, who has super simple classy taste. He travels quite often and needed somewhere to put his passport, boarding pass, 5 cards (mileage cards and medical cards type thing) and maybe some currency. PROS: 1) Simple/Easy to use. Just what he needed. 2) Better than expected material. Leather or fake of some sort, but looks sleek enough. 3) Fits a US passport 4) Design is great and classy. Seems sturdy enough. 5) Great value for the money! Only thing to note is: no zipper or closure if you care about that. WOULD RECOMMEND if you are looking for something simple and easy to use. I would say this is more for your simple individual. If you have more cards and clutter (like myself) you probably need more pockets!

Material poderia ser melhor

Por ser um produto Samsonite, poderiam utilizar materiais melhores. Esta carteira é feita de napa ou couro sintético. Já tive outra identica que ressecou toda depois de um tempo. A vantagem dela é que é bastante prática com vários compartimentos para guardar o passaporte, dinheiro, bilhetes de embarque, cartões de crédito. Não encontrei nenhuma concorrente que fosse tão versátil quanto esta.

Read review before buying.

Do not buy if your passport is thick! Passport pocket is realy slim and it does not have enough card pockets. The wallet is not long enough to hold regular boarding passes. Also, if you fill it (passport, 4 cards, some money and boarding pass) it will remain open. Well constructed ad good materials.

Can't fit passport, no RFID.

It's good quality leather, fairly compact. Issues with holding my passport (Canadian) in the pocket as shown in the picture. I had to put it where the tickets go which gets annoying when you have lots of tickets. No RFID protection. If you travel alot I would suggest in investing in one a little more high end.

I have to travel with two passports, so I bought this thinking it would work, but it gets a little tougher to close once I add in some cards I only use when travelling. Other than that, this feels great and fits many cards and has a nice number of comparments
