Not highest quality
This is small but if it's the size allowed, what can we do about that? The bottom board shredded quickly and the Sherpa covering it is shedding. I got a new mat for underneath. I must say though, it seems like puppy is happier in this than a sling.

Nice for traveling, but the size is a cat torture.
It's made okay, and it fits the sizes of air travel requirements so you know the airline won't question you. However whoever came up with the dimensions requirements for carriers was a psychopath because I don't know what cat can actually stand in it (yes, it's one of the requirements for the carriers and thankfully the one no one checks). My cat is Bengal/11-13 pounds and he was comfortable enough laying in it (he voluntarily slept in it before travels too, so that tells me he was okay sizewise). Like: - pockets all around of various sizes - very handy.

Kinda small
The carrier is pretty small and barely fit my cat in it length wise. She was pretty cramped in the carrier but it is the only carrier that jetblue allows size size that I could find. If you have a small kitten or puppy this carrier would be perfect for them, but not for adult cats. The carriers is pretty sturdy but make sure the zipper is fully closed as my kitty almost snuck out mid flight. Carrier does what it’s meant to just small

Good quality and is exactly like pictured
Although this carrier is very sturdy and good quality, the one I purchased seemed quite confining for my pet. Although she is only 6lbs. she is long in body length and found it uncomfortable. It was her first time using it so that may have just been and adjustment period.

Little Dog Did Well
The bag did the job. I flew Spirit Airlines and this bag met their requirements. My dog is 6 lbs and tiny. He was trained the week before by using this bag in the car for trips to the park and other places. We placed him in the bag and then under the car seat. In the plane, he did well after a tiny freak out. A pee pad was placed as a liner below the cardboard bottom (which is covered in a dark fabric) just in case. Be sure to check your airports for dog relief areas, have pee pads and cleaning supplies and tire out your pooch before the flight. Try to get a direct flight, if possible. This bag has many pockets to ensure poo bags, a little food, water bowl, pet documents and other items are with you. Pack food in case you have a delay.

Very small
Really small even for my small cat - fit under the seat in front of me with room to spare that seemed unnecessarily confined and restrictive to me . Very disappointed

Compre está maletita para viajar por primera vez con mi gatita Kitty de 9 años. Fue muy cómoda, espaciosa. Kitty pesa 15 libras. La maleta no agregó peso pues es liviano. Me encantó el diseño y los colores y el logo de Jet para.

Small Bag but Good Quality
This bag works fine for the purpose intended - i.e.: pet carrier on a JetBlue airplane. It is quite small and our 13 Lb cat fit in but just barely and could move around a tiny bit. That being said, he seemed quite comfortable and never meowed once during the entire flight or complained in any way. If you have a really big cat or a dog that is bigger than 18 lbs don't even think for a minute that you will be able to squeeze them into this bag to bring onto the plane. If you are traveling on JetBlue this bag just fits under the seat front and did not interfere with my own foot room in any meaningful way. However, don't even think of bringing another larger non-JetBlue bag on the plane because it simply won't fit. We have a larger Sherpa bag (Medium Size) that we normally use to take our cat around in but it was obvious that this would have been too big for the plane and I would still use the larger bag for non-JetBlue purposes. The bag is waterproof at the bottom so any accidents should be contained although I did put a puppy trainer cloth in the bottom just in case. Bag has some nice side pockets that you can put treats or a small toy or washcloth in. Based on other peoples comments I aired the bag out before using it the first time and had no problem with off-gassing that I could tell.
