Quality products at a good price

I'm hooked on this brand of blankets now! This is the 4th one I've purchased and is perfect for turnout transitioning from winter to spring. My 3 others are the heavier weight 2 hooded and 1 not hooded and I love them all! My horses are pastured 24/7 and my senior needs the extra protection when it's cold. The heavy ones kept him nice and warm all winter and the lighter is great for a little extra protection overnight on the chilly spring evenings. In 2 years I've only had to replace 1 buckle and that's rare for my horse so id definitely say they're durable. They're all super light weight in comparison to others I've tried. They fit well and stay in place well. They're very waterproof!! Also, for the price I think they are well worth it! I've seen cheaper, but I've also bought more expensive ones that have not held up as well and get heavy when it rains.

Very light weight horse blanket!

It’s a nice blanket, but won’t do the job as keeping my horse warm during the winter.

It says WATERPROOF but the package says WATER REPELLENT ???

pleased with the product

Arrived 0n 12/21/21. My palomino quarter horse wears an 84. Fits perfect, not too tight or too big. it's made well and sturdy material including leg straps and fittings; nylon lining is fine. No fill as that would be too much for this guy. Its been raining on and off all week with more rain on the way here in L.A . Waterproofing has done its job even when he's rolling in the puddles, mud & sand. He can go in the barn as he wishes but mostly stands outside except at feeding. He's dry under the sheet. All the wet mud and gunk is on the horse sheet; brushes off when dry. I'm happy with the product. Hope this helpful. Barbara

THIS IS A LIGHTWEIGHT BLANKET, 600 DENIER IS NOT A WINTER BLANKET, ITS A LIGHTWEIGHT WATERPROOF WINDBREAKER, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SOME REAL WARMTH FOR YOUR HORSE, GET THE 1200 D WITH 300 G OF POLYFILL WHICH IS ONLY A MODERATELY WARM WINTER BLANKET... THIS IS A GREAT BRAND, HOWEVER, NICELY DESIGNED CLASPS AND STRAPS. I USE THE 600 TILL LATE NOVEMBER THAN SWITCH OVER TO THE 1200.

Pleasantly Suprised!

I ordered this because it was the only one that I could get next day with Prime. We had some bad weather moving into the area, with high winds and a lot of rain, but no significant drop in temps. I needed a rain sheet to help keep him dry. After I ordered I read some reviews and saw some complaints about it not being waterproof. As a precaution I ordered a waterproofing spray for some extra protection. It seems to have worked! All the bad weather moved in, with the wind and rain for several days. When I brought him in from pasture each day to check him, he was completely dry under his sheet. Not a drop of rain got through.

Good product :)

Saw some reviews saying this sheet wasn’t completely waterproof so I waterproofed it before I even tried it out just in case. It’s held up so far and no water has come through. It fits as it should and the straps seem strong and durable. No rips after multiple uses, overall good product for the price!

Good rug

This is a great fitting rug and absolutely waterproof. However, it is not breathable and my horse gets very sweaty wearing it, hence the rating. Will be good when it gets really cold and I can put a fleece liner underneath.

This is not a waterproof rain sheet

Very disappointed with this product. It most certainly is not waterproof. Don't waste your money. Looks good on, nice color and fit but what is the point when the product does not do what it states it does.

Use this for early winter in Alberta for my horse. It has a good thickness and waterproof so my horse is comfortable with the fluctuation in temperature.
