Well crafted super strength pond liner
This is a nice pond liner. I believe its 16.5mil thick. Abd it has like nylon strands going through it to reinforce it more. It really feels strong. Its shipped well packaged and it was easy to unfold. It formed to my pond very nice. It easy to work with. I am very happy with this And belive it will hold up for many years. My ducks and geese love it. I posted a few pictures, But my pond is not close to completed. But it has been full of water for over a week now and its great. Wish the water fall and all the plants and rocks were in place. My pond is 14ft × 9ft and 2ft deep after getting the liner in placeand working everything to fit nice theres plebty of liner to do the job. I will pist another picture after to follow up.

TotalPond, Pond Skin review 5 Stars
Very durable and quite easy to install. Punctual delivery. My water garden pond is not your typically designed pond. Do not install this liner with out first utilizing an under liner for entire pond and "play sand" for pond bed(s). My 600 gallon, 5.5ft. deep (lowest depth) water pond has multi level beds/tiers below the water level. It is triangular and is much larger than what it appears to be in the photo I have provided. DO NOT place stones, rocks and boulders that have very rough or sharp edges directly against the liner within the pond beneath intended top water levels. Smooth /soft stones/objects (heavy or light) against liner only. Sharper stones/objects can be stacked (firmly) on top of smooth/soft stones if you are willing to take that risk. Do not wear shoes when and if it is necessary to stand on liner within pond during installation. If you plan on having fish in your pond, you should make sure that the dull side of liner is facing up in order for faster and more even growth of beneficial bacteria, especially if you do not intend on using stones within the interior of pond. I made this mistake and installed liner with glossy side up, and I definitely was not going to do it all over again and waste everything, so guess what I had to do, very carefully...

Liner is not 13 ft wide.
This liner is not 13 ft wide more like 12ft 6in. I had my pond dug out and measured precisely for 13 ft and after opening up the liner it was a little short, so I measured it and sure enough 12 ft and 6 in.... very agrevating. I had to move more dirt to fill in the pond more so that the liner fit correctly. I will update if the durability isn't up to par when I fill it up tomorrow.

Does the job
It came nice and folded, with zero blemishes or scratches or any cuts. This is expected, and receiving something fated to leak from the get go would be unacceptable to many. It may seem quite pricey, but for the price you pay now, you get much more out of it in the long run, with much less worry for the liner to tear or just have things go wrong. It is easy to trim off the excess liner as well, and it worked really well for my pond build. It does the job, and the quality is very good as well, which gives me hope that I won't need to bother with it for quite some time.

Not just for ponds. Great for water storage.
Used the 13x20 ft liner to line a DIY water storage tank for home fire defense. Storage container made of plywood and 2x4's, holding approx 900 gallons of water at a depth of 4 feet. Liner thickness was just about right. Material is not too stiff so it can easily be worked into corners, yet not too thin to seem too flimsy. Filled with water and no leaks. So far, so good. Will see how it holds up and update if leakage happens or material deteriorates with the weather.

Buying it again
I am buying this liner again- to install over top of the same liner which I installed 12 years ago. It is excellent for the price and easy to work with. I wouldn't even think of worrying about the longevity of the liner, I think 12 years is great considering the number of fallen branches, raccoons, and dogs it lasted through. Finally met it's match when a Great Blue Heron turned my pond into a sushi bar. I'm pretty sure it speared through the bottom a few times, but what a sight! And no more Koi for this girl- I'm sticking with minnows and $.25 goldfish from now on.

for the price I was not very sure if it was a good quality, since like I mention before
I maintain, restore, repair ponds and fountains for a living... I do work with many pond liners, rubber specially, very expensive ones, well I did get this pond liner, because my client didn't want to spend tons of money repairing his water stream, for the price I was not very sure if it was a good quality, since like I mention before, I pay lots of money for thick rubber pond liners, this pond liner is not made of rubber, it is plastic but, but its well made it and seems to be durable, not very thick.. My client and I were so happy with it, no more leaking of his water stream, I do really highly recomend this product, looking forward to buy more, for more jobs in the future..

Great Liner if you prep right
The pond and waterfall system were all built with this liner. Gets stronger as it gets older for some reason. Do your prep!! Pick out the rocks and put a good underlay down. I used old carpeting. Full disclosure I did put a mall hole in the side. Dropped about a 150lb rock and had to slide it a bit to get it out. Was expecting a large tear, happy with a small hole.

Good product, just be gentle with it
You get what you pay for for sure. At 14.5mm it's nowhere near as durable as the rubber alternatives. However if you handle and treat it carefully it works just as well. We lined the hole with 2" of sand and then a layer of quilts from the thrift store. Then we carefully added the liner and put more quilts on top of it at the bottom where we walk to add plants, clean etc. After the quilt was in we covered it in pea gravel making sure to not get any under the walking surface. Only fill with water after the gravel so the quilts don't float up. Holds water well, just be careful, treat it like a tarp and don't wear your crampons when your in there... But we built the pond and added plants for under 500$ cad all in so I would definately recommend the product. Just call your chiropractor before your start.

Great Liner!
The media could not be loaded. Good liner! I extended my pond and replaced my small 7 by 10 foot liner with this one and I don’t regret it. The material feels just like my old one. No leaks and my Koi fish love it. I Left a little comparison video.

Not good for a turtle pond
Lasted 2 months. Turtles easily cut a hole with thier claws. Not sure what kind of outdoor pond doesn't at some point deal with animals with claws. Certainly didn't think turtles would cut through when it says it's puncture resistant. Raccoons and other critters that visit ponds have way sharper claws then turtles. Truly dissapointed I have to start over again.

Not sure if this came with a small hole or there was a problem with installation
It is a relative bargain in terms of price. It may or may not have come with a pin hole. After carefully installing the liner, it's not our first pond project, the pond slowly leaked water. We have found a work around but haven't located the leak. We'll look at it again this spring.
