First impressions weren't good, but it got better.

The LCD panel on our old toaster oven was getting to the point the numbers couldn't be read, so we thought it was time to get a new toaster oven. I wanted one that had dials and no displays, and was large enough to heat a 12" pizza (so a larger model than the 9" ones). I actually ordered this one by mistake. But it has a different kind of panel that hopefully won't burn out like the previous one did. I was disappointed. First impressions were not good. But, it does a better job of toasting things than the previous model we had (not the same company), likely because it's 300 watts more powerful. Toast toasts quickly, saving time and energy (using more energy over less time ends up with a net reduction in overall energy used. It has good to excellent heat distribution. The temperature control also seems to be pretty even. It typically toasts at 450 F, while the previous one toasted at 350 F, so that accounts for why it's faster. I've used some of the baking and other features with good success as well. it also beeps a lot less than the previous one, which would emit a loud beep every time a selection was made - even to adjusting the temperature or time intervals. That the new one only beeps when you press the power button, and beeps again when the cycle is done is a bonus in our household which has folks sleeping at any hour of the day depending on shift rotation. So while I was less than thrilled by what I'd gotten, it was the right size, and it does what it's supposed to do better than the previous one. It's quieter and faster than the old one. All the things we need/want. As long as the LCD panel doesn't fry as quickly as the last one did, I'll be relatively happy with it.

Great Oven!!! Very PLEASED!!!

I love my new Countertop Oven. It heats up really quickly, and cooks very well!!! I cannot promise that the temperature is accurate, because I haven't checked it out. Because it's small, it heats up so much faster than a full sized oven!!! It is very easy to set everything and will cook for a max time of 2 hours. Beware that 2 hours in a small oven can burn your food, if the temperature is set too high!!! This oven gets plenty hot, and it doesn't heat up the house!!! It is wonderful!!! I am thrilled that I bought this oven!!! The ONLY issue or problem that I can see is that it is too small for a regular cake pan - a 9" x 13". I like to cook my casseroles in a large cake pan, and that size will NOT fit in this countertop oven, but I knew that this would probably be an issue. I am still tickled to have this over!!! If you folks ever decide to make a larger oven or at least a longer one, let me know!!! I would definitely be interested!!!

Good product but a little user unfriendly

Good product but a little complicated a desperately needs lighted knobs..I have to use a flashlight or turn the kitchen lights all the way up to see the knob labels. Otherwise seems well made. VERY precise digital controls (knobs).

Great oven for the price if it is on sale.

I bought one three years ago. Cooked something in it that splatted all over the inside. I could not get it clean so I bought an off brand, Paris Rhone, during the sale days. After returning the off brand for not working and receiving another Paris Rhone that crapped out after two months (two bad ones, no temp control, burners not working), I just waited for this gem to go on sale. Worth every penny even if the price has essentially doubled in three years.

Was worth the purchase

Worth while purchase and I have cooled to chicken rotisserie. My only issue is that the rotisserie setting needs to be adjusted to more time because the set temperature is and time is not very good. Bounus that you can adjust the settings and cooks very well.

Nice oven

We've had this for a couple of weeks now and it works very well. I feel less wasteful using the small oven for something like a baked potato. My homemade pizza, though slightly smaller, cooks nicely even without a pizza stone. I have made muffins 6 at a time and saved the batter in the fridge a couple of days then made 6 more, same with cookies. Having said this I don't know how other comparable toaster ovens fair. We have the counter space which is good because this is a large appliance.

Very good for the price

Had it for a month now. Makes great toast, frozen pizza and reheat feature with convection fan is great. Looks good too with the digital display Definitly recommend for the price.
