Living my Redwall Dreams!

Bakes super evenly. Cakelets come out of the pan cleanly, and the details stay true. My only issue is that the total cake volume is a non-standard amount, so I've had some difficulty finding recipes where there is no cake batter left over or all of the cakelets are filled properly. This is a minor issue though, and I'll figure it out with time. It is not dishwasher safe and somewhat tedious to clean all of the nooks and crannies, but I still think it's more than worth it. I love making the little forest cakes and feeling like I'm in a fairy tale or a Redwall book!

Absolutely love this pan. It makes beautiful cakes!

The shape of the cakes are beautiful! A bit fiddly to grease and flour for prep but then what intricate pans aren’t? After baked they come away easy and as a non stick pan easy to clean. The recipe that come with the pan is delicious. I didn’t have Kahlua so I used Baileys for the glaze. Family and friends loved these cakelets.

Top quality, great detail

This is a beautifully made baking pan. The cakelets released easily (Baker's Joy works great) and the detail definition on them was very good. There are some good-looking recipes on the NordicWare site; we used the maple cakelets recipe and it was quite good. Based on this purchase, I ended up getting a couple more of their pans -- an easy way to make something great-looking.

Detailed and easy to release baking pan

I have a lot of Nordic pans and they are the best - can’t get enough! The detail is amazing. Never have trouble getting the cake to release from the pan, but I do use a very light misting of pan spray to be sure. Dark pans require reduced temp and cooking time or the tops get too brown.

Makes Great Cakelets!

I love this pan, and I have alot of Nordic Ware pieces. I can't say enough about this product as it makes a novice baker look accomplished! If you want a high quality product that delivers results AND compliments---this is a brand for you, and for the Fall season, this is the pan for you!

Use this to make darker cakelets

Quality is good, the pan itself looks gorgeous. Its pattern doesn’t display so well on cake with a lighter shade as you can see in the picture. I switched to a darker recipe and the result is exponentially better.

Simplesmente Perfeita!

Qualidade impecável. Além de linda, a forma é muito funcional. Fiz uma receita rápida para testar, forno em 180°C por 15 minutos, utilizei um spray desmoldante na forma e amei os resultados!
