Packaging a problem, caused missing needles

I buy kits from this company all the time and they turn out great. But this one arrived in a package that was clearly torn as it was patched up along the side. Unfortunately they missed a split and I’m guessing that’s where the needle package fell out. Luckily I have needles, but not everyone would.

Lots seemed cheap

I thought this was cute but when I opened the package the cloth seemed cheap and the holes were uneven. 14 count cloth should have even holes. I returned the kit.

Jim Shore…what more could you want!

Love this cross stitch by Jim Shore. If you want a challenge, this is it! The colors of floss needed to be tagged but if you have any DMC floss, you can figure it out.

Great project

This is a great kit! The fabric is stiff and easy to work with and I have already started it. It doesn't call for quarter stitches but it is easy to add them in where you see it would make sense with the backstitching. I was a little concerned that there was not enough floss but it is all good. I can't wait to start the other Tobin angel kits

A Great Seller

This is a beautiful pattern. It is very carefully designed and easy to read. What I am most impressed by is this company. I had some questions and I also had a problem which I had caused when opening the packaging. They were responsive, efficient, a real delight to work with.

Buyer beware.

35 floss colors listed. 30 provided. 3 of them have more than one color per hole. I love the pattern; hate the floss. I may have to start over with them.

Some problems!

Difficult to sort colors, the pattern is on the reverse side of the colored picture, possibly some colors missing.

Christmas, kitty and Jim Shorey, really, what could be better? Love this masterpiece and it was great fun to stitch!
