I received this item too late

I ordered this item for a Christmas present for my granddaughter in 2022 and I just received but now it is too small and I can't return this item not very happy She did like the others that were received on time. I there anyway I can send this item back for credit on my account. Donna

Purchased for a granddaughter and she wore it in a glamorous fashion as usual. (Laughing here). The deep red color was nice and it was quality as usual. Wash and wear great. Fit spot on.
