Great shoes poor customer service
These shoes have a lot going for them. The BOA is easy to use and even though it has gotten beat up it never failed. The water proof yet breathable material works well and the tall yet flexible sock liner keeps things out and is fairly robust without being too hot. The strap was a little less "secure" than when they were new but is too be expected with use in the dirt and extreme conditions. It however never came loose while riding or on it's own. The sole is a little more flexible than I like, I prefer the ME7 sole, but it made hiking your bike comfortable. Now the bad...the stitching that attaches the sock liner to the shoe started to fail on the instep of both shoes. It was about after a year but left an opening between the two which could allow water and other items in. The shoe was still usable but one of the major reasons I purchased them was the water proof capabilities. Fizik has a two year warranty on their shoes so I submitted for warranty. They responded saying they only warranty items purchased from Fizik! The funny thing is these were purchased from Fizik's Amazon store! I told them this and they responded saying they only warranty items purchased from Fizik.com! How absurd it is to sell your items through other retail stores and only warranty items purchased from your website. What if I bought these from a bike shop? These days there are too many options/competitors too not stand behind your product especially when they are $250 shoes. Had they even said that specific issue wasn't covered I would be frustrated but the response I received was so asinine I switched back to Shimano ME7s. I switched in the first place because I have snapped two ME7 soles, one out of warranty but one within the year, and Shimano stood behind their product and replaced it. I won't be considering any Fizik products in the near future because of this.

Good shoe on initial impressions
This shoe at size 11 M was true to size with a bit extra toe room. If I could have gone down one EU size, I would have to get an exact fit. They are solid, stiff, and have a decent sole for walking when required. They're not flexible enough for any "hike" though; but they're bike shoes. I can feel a slight additional thickness of the sole at the front of the shoe from the ball of the foot forward. As I walk, it feels like there's a lift going on. That's fine and likely the additional stiffener for the pedal. They feel very good when riding. Excellent actually. The cuff around the ankle is for me required in the sandy, thorn strewn desert I ride in here in AZ. The cuff material has decent ventilation and breathes well. It's not an open shoe, but I don't get stuff in my shoe either! To enter the shoe, turn the shoe 90 degrees to your foot, get your forefoot in, and twist the shoe into alignment to complete entry; It's quite easy that way. I'd recommend these to anyone

Too hard to put on, too narrow
I tried the winter shoe. It was WAY too hard to put on. So I bought this pair. Unfortunately, "hard to put on" seems to be a Fizik thing, in general. Being too small for my feet already, I realized that I would use these shoes seldomly—most likely avoiding wearing them even when they could be useful—and would probably never break them in to feeling a little bit better on my feet. The build quality is certainly solid, but that would probably make the time it would take to make them form to my feet longer than I was willing to endure. Such a shame. Now I just use waterproof socks in my comfortable, though not-waterproof-at-all mountain bike shoes.

One of the best purchases I ever made.
Shoes are very comfortable from the first try. So far, waterproof is holding, but I haven't really ride on full rainy day (only 1 hour in rain, but my feet were still dry). During rain, ankle was wet, but feet were intact. You can easily walk in them in the various terrain. I tried shoes in 0 degrees Celsius and my feet were surprisingly warm. So far I don't have any issues with the shoes.

Great performance
Love the strap to really lock in the foot at the heal and the BOA system to snug the forefoot. The cuff is nice but presents a non-traditional feel at the heel because there is no padding on the back and feels like it would cause friction, but that went away after the second ride. Waterproofness is solid best I've experienced in a mtn bike shoe and not too hot on the feet. The stiffness of the sole is adequate and really is comfortable for hike a bike sections and provides a solid connection to my clipless platform pedals. Toe box has good protection against rock hits.

High quality
I returned these, not because I didn't like them, but they were more for a clip-less set up, and I will mostly be riding wearing flat shoes. The mounting points for the cleats moved around and clanked and I am guessing they'd get full of mud and grime. I liked the knit collar and they were comfortable to walk around in. I probably would have kept them if they had a rubber cover that could have been put over the cleat mounting points.

Quality look & feel, performs as advertised, worn on mtb 30+ times in subfreezing temps..
Use for cold and/or wet weather mountain biking (26 degrees with wool socks is maneagble for up to 2 hours).

Run big, but great overall fit
Very wide, roomy toe box and fits about a half size big. Great for cold weather riding with heavy socks. Size down if you’ll be wearing normal cycling socks in warmer weather.

Están hecho para el ciclismo y saben lo que hacen y lo hacen muy bien, con excelente tecnología.
Ya he usado esta marca de calzado y me gusta, por su precio, comodidad y calidad. Este agrega un plus, pues siento más protegido el tobillo.

Too difficult to fit
They look like good quality riding shoes, however they are much to difficult to get on to your feet!

Zapato muy cómodo, cumple expectativa
Lo más importante es la malla como calcetín que evita la entrada de polvo o pasto dentro del zapato
