FANTASTIC. Only one minor gripe.
So fantastic when you want to have a switch but you don't have, or can't have wiring. This is a far better than a three way because it's less wiring, and most important, you can control the dimmer from both ends. If I have any gripe, and it's minor, it's the aesthetic of this switch. I don't love it and the buttons are a definitely a tad crowded on the switch face. I use the new Diva Smart dimmer as my main switch with which it pairs and I wish the Pico looked like a normal switch just as the Diva itself does. I wouldn't be surprised if it happens in a future release and when it does, I'll replace it. With all that said, the Pico is a godsend. It has allowed us to place switches where we have no wiring and that is a massive bonus. The value is excellent!

I only have one complaint
I went from X10 to Lutron light controls and the Lutron works great and is much more dependable, but my only negative is it takes 18 Pico remotes to control 6 different sets of lights between 2 rooms that only took 3 with the X10 remotes. They need to make a remote that can control multiple separate light circuits. Overall I am very happy with these.

Put a dimming light switch ANYWHERE !
I've worked in lighting design and installation in high-end residential and commercial applications in a very pricey Colorado Ski town. This solution is fantastic. Runs dimmable lighting systems from ANYWHERE without having to run wire!! Fantastic. Lutron is expensive, but you can't get better.

Fast, mountable, and tactile remote
The Pico remote has a good amount of travel in the button press, so you feel when the button is pressed. Yes, the Pico doesn't have the same "click" as a paddle switch, but it is definitely what I'd describe as tactile. You know that you've pressed it. The response time on the Pico is much quicker. I noticed that the Pico remotes have two different drivers you can choose from in Hubitat: Lutron Fast Pico or Lutron Pico. The latter gives you all 10 button pushes (the normal 5 and then 5 more with each button having a held state). But because the remote has to wait to see if you held the button or not it's a bit slower to respond. This is where the "fast" driver comes into play. It only has the 5 button presses available so it reacts instantly. I've stuck with the "fast" driver for now. The Pico has really strong magnets and a flat backside so it sits super flush and perfectly with my Mitzvah light cover. I didn't even need to super glue the magnets for the Remote to stay firmly on the Mitzvah. I used double sided tape as well just in case, but I don't think it's actually necessary. The Pico remotes are great and I'm glad I made the investment to get the $150 SmartBridge Pro because we can get the Lutron Caseta dimmers at our next house! ???? Definitely recommend to anyone that wants a fast, mountable, and tactile solution.

Comme d'habitude les produits lutron sont excellent mais le prix pour cette article est beaucoup trop élevé. Si vous voulez ce produit dans le blanc vous allez payer beaucoup moins chère

A good solution to wirelessly control your Lutron lighting
I affixed this little remote next to my bed, and can now easily turn the lights on/off, or dim them. The remote does not have to be pointing at the light switch in order to work, which is a great plus. You can also set your default lighting intensity using the middle button. Nice design and good functionality.

Happy with this remote
I bought this Pico remote a few months ago to use it to control the Lutron Caseta dimmer I installed in the living room on the main floor of my house, from the top floor. I purchased the Caseta Wireless Wallplate Bracket from another Seller and used that to mount this Pico remote on the wall outside the top floor bedrooms. We can now turn the lights on and off from upstairs since this remote doesn't need a clear line of sight to the switch in order to function. So in the evening when it's bed time, we can leave the living room lights on downstairs, walk upstairs and use the wall mounted remote to turn the lights off. And if we want to go downstairs in the middle of the night when it's dark and to avoid fumbling in the dark for it since the Lutron dimmer switch is located on the far side of the living room downstairs, we can just turn the lights on using this remote upstairs and go downstairs to a bright room. It works pretty well and adds that extra convenience. I am happy with this purchase.

So easy to pair
I bought two remote dimmers to replace one that my dog chewed up (!) I was worried that it might be complicated to pair the new dimmers with the existing switch, but it was super simple to do and literally took seconds to pair each one. I'm very happy (and will be sure to keep these ones out of my dog's reach).
