Love product bad packaging

I love nordic ware. This pan is really cute. It was not in pristine condition however because it was thrown in a box. Everything else I have ordered has been in a plastic bag and wrapped in paper or bubble wrap. There are scratches and dings on one side. I put all my pans in muslim bags to protect them. These pans aren't cheap. I consider them an investment.

Loved the pan until it was time to take cakes out! You have to heavily spray . Cakes don’t come out easy. Hard to wash too.

Nice pan, bad recipe

Good pan, but the accompanying recipe is for molasses cake, not gingerbread. Kids will not like it! Find a recipe with no molasses, or no more than a quarter cup of molasses.

A Stunning little addition to anyones culinary collection!

I am a great fan of Nordic Ware Bundt pans, I currently own 15 Pans 2 of them are these little cuties. This pan is a 4.5 cup pan and comes with a loverly gingerbread recipe on the card. This recipe says it makes six kids however, I would only half fill the cups as they rise unbelievably high. As I said I have 2 of these pans and made 12 kids out of one portion of batter, each cake kid rose above pan height so if you were to use the recipe as stated on the card you will have a very messy oven. Each kid is about H, 4"(10.2cm/102mm) W 2,3/4"( 7cm/70mm) D,1,1/2" (3.8cm/38mm)

Like Cast Iron!!!

This pan is VERY heavy duty, thick metal almost like cast iron is the only way to describe it. You won’t be getting any dents or Dings in this pan.

Beagle ate them all

I left these too close to the edge of the counter and my bad dog beagle ate them all. That is the only problem I had and I can’t blame the manufacturer for it. But it sure was annoying.

Just enough definition in this pan to create beautiful muffins

I was worried that when released, the muffins would lack definition. They do not. Very cute pan, and the muffins released easily, and baked evenly.

Was not to happy

I was so excited to try this bake pan. As I am A big fan of Nordic bake ware and have other bake pans from them. I used it and I find even by following the instructions to avoid the pan to stick to the baked goods it still does. :( kinda disappointed.
